VIDEO: “Almost Just Holding on”…Australian Psychiatrist Gets Real About Biden…Something You’ll Never Hear from American Media
(Leisa Audette) How lame is the American media? So lame that it takes foreign media to address the serious subject of Biden’s mental state. It’s not like there aren’t enough examples to study. Every appearance Biden makes, there is a guarantee that a gaffe will happen. Our media looks the other way and excuses Biden’s failings.
The Importance of Teaching Children to Become Resilient
(Joanna Miller) For us, as adults, it’s easy to get frustrated these days. Whether you are a big-picture person, looking at the trends in surveillance technology and “The Great Reset” hubris, or an ordinary person frustrated by spiking prices and constant supply headaches. Many of us have had to tap into our inner resources to stand resilient in the face of these challenges.
Are Lockdowns Saving Lives? Or Are They Destroying Them?
(Jeff Thompson) Most people would agree the pandemic and oppressive government lockdowns caused a dramatic escalation in mental health issues. A healthy person, confined to their home, with limited to no human contact, is likely to experience severe strain on their mental health.
Limiting Beliefs Equal a Limiting Life
(Exploring Your Mind) Reality is complex, dynamic, and full of uncertainty. Therefore, someone with limiting beliefs and an inflexible approach won’t just miss out on the nuances of life, but will also live in a state of continuous frustration. This is because the world doesn’t conform to their desires and expectations.

Many Of Us Feel ‘Empty’ – Understanding What It Means Is Important For Improving Our Mental Health
(Neuroscience News) It’s likely you have felt “empty” at some point in your life – or perhaps you’ve heard someone else describe themselves in that way. But while this might be a relatively common feeling, it’s often not spoken about as a symptom of mental health difficulties. Typically, “feelings of emptiness” are only considered as a symptom of borderline personality disorder – a mental health condition characterised by challenges with emotions, relationships to others, and feelings of chronic emptiness.

Implications of the Near-Death Experience with Barbara Harris Whitfield
(Barbara H Whitfield RT and Charles L Whitfield MD) Our Humanity, the entire globe, is going through a huge AFGE. So profound that we can even think of this as a planetary Near-Death Experience (NDE). Here is a poem I (BW) wrote after my NDE trying to express this deeply personal death and rebirth.
Stop Tearing Down Men
(Brian Parsons) It’s Father’s Day weekend. Here in Idaho, the women just finished an annual women’s-only bike ride that attracts participants from around the world. At one point, I contacted them on social media to ask if there was a particular reason that this event always falls on Father’s Day weekend. That seems an appropriate opportunity to celebrate fathers and not commit them to observe a female-only charitable event. There are fifty-two weekends in the year, so selecting this one feels intentional. The response I received was a matter of mere coincidence and availability — but my inclination is that this is just an extension of the pervasive culture that seeks to stifle a celebration of manhood.
