(Anne-Christine Hoff) The founder of the Church of Satan Anton LaVey is reputed to once have said of Halloween, “I’m glad Christians let their kids worship the Devil at least one night out of the year.” This year’s Halloween comes at an unprecedented time in our nation’s history. Lockdowns implemented from March to June prevented the majority of churches across the nation from physically gathering during that time, and many aspects of church life such as Bible study, youth groups, church retreats, and other means of congregating crucial to Christian life have been curtailed or even shut down indefinitely since the pandemic’s onset in March.

The Democrats’ Long Temper Tantrum Will Reelect Trump
(Clarice Feldman)It’s quite obvious to me that the Deep State and the Democratic Party that staffs it never got over the fact that their nefarious misuse of our intelligence agencies and hoodwinking the media didn’t work any better than their constant efforts after his election to remove Donald Trump from office and continue their autocratic grifting. This week was no exception. Indeed, I have to agree with Roger L. Simon that “In the aftermath of Trump’s contracting Covid-19, they are reelecting him.”
Court-Packing Is More of a Monstrosity than You Think
(Adam Yoshida) The Biden-Harris court-packing plan is a plan to destroy the Constitution and replace it with a disguised dictatorship. Democratic court-packing is a plan to leave the forms of the Constitution intact while destroying its essence, much in the same way that Augustus dealt a death blow to the old Roman Republic. The Biden-Harris court-packing plan is a virtual enabling act, a law that would bypass all the normal lawmaking processes and turn national policy over to unelected far-left judges acting in response to the complaints of ultra-left lawyers and activists. If you think that sounds over-dramatic, let me take you to a federal courthouse in Eugene, Oregon, where a group of activists are seeking to have the Judiciary seize control over most of the nation’s economic policy.
The Deep State Wins if Trump Loses
(Pete McArdle) In his 2017 inauguration speech, President Trump shocked the world by promising to take on the Washington, D.C. establishment — aka “The Swamp” — and thereby return power to the people.
Why Some People Take Q-Anon’s Pedophilia Allegations Seriously
(Robert Oscar Lopez) In Billy Joel’s rock classic, “You May Be Right,” he has the memorable lines:
Normalization Between Israel and Arabs
(Michael Curtis) After a history of so many failed efforts to reach peace in the Middle East it is welcoming and gratifying that history is being made with arrangements that may be laying the foundation for peace, security, and prosperity in the region. These arrangements do not constitute a comprehensive peace plan that includes settling the Palestinian question, and it remains to be seen if and are “game-changers.” But they register a crucial change in Arab policies.
The Bushes, the Clintons, China… and Trump
(Julio Rivera) The Clinton, Bush, and Trump families will forever be intertwined in not just American history, but the history of the world. The past several years have certainly seen a major change in what once seemed to be a warm relationship between the Trumps and the Clintons, two elite New York clans inhabiting similar circles that have now become the political equivalent of the Hatfields and McCoys. To a lesser extent, because they never seemed particularly close, the same can be said about the Trump and Bush families as well.
Obama is Responsible for Racial Tensions in America Today
(Robert Spencer) Racism is America’s original sin, and despite a century and a half and more of efforts to put it behind us, it is more of an issue than ever. A great deal of this is the responsibility of a man whose election to the presidency was hailed as the beginning of a new, post-racial era in American society, a man who was supposed to embody America’s rejection of racism: Barack Hussein Obama.
The End of Covid Hysteria, Trump’s COVID Diagnosis
(David Prentice) Most of the nation was stunned by the news that Donald and Melania Trump had contracted COVID. I found out early morning the night after it was announced. Already the Democrat/media complex was gleefully hoping for death, reportedly focusing on Trump’s “cavalier attitude” towards COVID precautions. As the center-right media began to report the left’s response, the obvious was clear. Few on the right would have reacted that way had Biden contracted it. Recognized by a few heavies in the leftist echo chamber, Twitter actually began taking these ugly rants down.
Ten Great Deceptions Designed to Destroy the Republic
(Judith Acosta) A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…I was a Madison Avenue copywriter. I was thrilled, until I realized I was a liar for hire.
The Upside-Down World of the Woke
(William Sullivan) After a grand jury decision yielded no indictments for murder against the officers involved in Breonna Taylor’s death, social justice warriors sprang into action. Strategically placed U-Haul vehicles, full of protest signs and riot shields, were located by the rioters after the decision was announced. Like so many other American cities in 2020, the city of Louisville was beset by arson, thievery, and violence at the hands of woke mobs, AKA Democratic Party voters.
Seth Rich: The Murder Washington Doesn’t Want Solved
(Jack Cashill) On the face of things, the July 2016 murder of Seth Rich had intrigue enough for a full season of House of Cards.
Joe Biden’s History of Racial Comments
(Dex Bahr) Prior to President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump contracting the Wuhan virus, the race card was being ginned up by the left after the first Presidential debate. Internal polling must be showing the Democrats hemorrhaging black support. That would explain why Biden seeks to pin Trump as a racist to black voters. […]
Ten Ways Businessman Trump Has Improved America’s Foreign Policy
(J.B. Shurk) A key feature of Donald Trump’s presidency has been his application of business strategy to foreign affairs. The administration has benched the traditional diplomatic operatives of the State Department in favor of a strike force of men and women with lifetimes of experience at securing tough business deals. The president believes that it makes no sense for America’s interests to be negotiated by career bureaucrats from Foggy Bottom while the expertise of American business titans sits untapped.
The Importance of Rules (Law)
(John Leonard) Last weekend a most extraordinary thing happened — #1 seed Novak Djokovic was unceremoniously thrown out of the U.S. Open tennis tournament after hitting a ball in anger that accidentally struck a line judge in the throat. She wasn’t seriously hurt, and Djokovic had smacked the ball behind him without looking so the incident was clearly accidental, but rules are rules for a reason. A tennis ball smashed at top speed can cause fairly serious injury, depending on where it hits you. If an unseeded player who earned a wildcard entry would have been defaulted in the same circumstances without question, how would it be fair if the rule was not applied equally to Djokovic, just because he was “supposed” to win the match?
