(Elias Marat) After a week of dropping tantalizing hints about an “exciting new discovery” it had made, NASA has finally spilled the details about its stunning new find: there is water on the sunlit surface of the moon – and much, much more than previously expected.
(Paul Lenda) Life is a stream of experiences that help continuously shape who we are. There are certain essential truths that we acknowledge at certain points of our lives, yet usually tuck away into the depths of our subconscious minds. We are usually preoccupied with other things and don’t allow the power of those essential truths to guide us as we navigate through life. That’s why I felt it would be a good idea to reflect on some of the essential truths of life we often forget about.
(Gary Lachman) What happens when we die? Human beings have asked this question probably more than any other, with “Does God exist?” and “What is the meaning of life?” coming in as close seconds. All three, of course, are intertwined, but while the reality of the deity and the solution to life’s riddle may be grasped in the here and now, what happens when we give up the ghost seems to be something we can know only by doing just that. It seems that the only way we can know for certain what happens after death is by dying. And while the attraction of that ultimate mystery is strong, the means of solving it appear, to most of us at least, somewhat less attractive.
(Exploring Your Mind) While we can’t always change what happens to us, we can choose how we interpret and respond to different situations. By reformulating our way of thinking, we can find a certain balance, which will allow us to better cope with adversity.

(Science Daily) As the world prioritizes social distancing to stop or slow down the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), a new study by researchers at Florida Atlantic University demonstrates that mother-infant touch and contact are essential for optimal neurodevelopmental regulation in early infancy. Kangaroo Care, a skin-to-skin, chest-to-chest method of caring for a baby, especially one who is premature, has been associated with promoting neurophysiological development. This method of caring emphasizes the importance of holding the naked or partially dressed baby against the bare skin of a parent, typically the mother. New research is showing that extended use of Kangaroo Care can positively benefit full-term infants and their mothers during the post-partum period.
(Joe Martino) Kate Ogg gave birth to twins but to her dread, after one of her newborns struggled to breathe, doctors pronounced him dead. As she held her new son, she and her husband could not believe what had happened. Perhaps in a last attempt to say goodbye, or simply by instinct, she unwrapped her baby and held him against her skin. Her lifeless son – born at 27 weeks weighing 2lb – was lovingly held and cuddled as she expressed her love to him while not wanting to let him go. Then something amazing happened.
(Heart Math) Heart-Based Living is only a convenient reference term which implies the practice of qualifying our thoughts, feelings and actions through our heart for more effective choices and guidance. Some people prefer the terms, Heart-Focused Living, or Heart-Centered Living. All of these terms suit the purpose – it’s just a matter of individual choice.
(Nirmal Narayanan) A study-report published in the journal Astrobiology and Space Science states that mushroom-like objects oriented towards the sky can be seen on the surface of Mars. Researchers say objects show typical behaviors of mushrooms that grow on Earth. The researchers claim that the ‘puffball-shaped’ objects could be the result of a biological process and that non-biological presence could not explain the presence of the objects on Mars.
(Sean Martin) THE Universe is a living entity and human consciousness allows it to thrive, physicists have astonishingly claimed.
(John Vibes) For decades, scientists have known that trees communicate with one another through a network of underground fungi, which even allows them to trade nutrients back and forth. This incredible discovery was first made by ecologist Suzanne Simard when she was researching her doctoral thesis over 20 years ago.
(Alanna Ketler) Have you transitioned to a plant-based diet? Do you make an effort to reduce the amount of animal products you are consuming on a regular basis? If so, it is thanks to you that 500 million lives have been spared this year, and with continued awareness, that number continues to rise.

UFOs come in an incredible variety of shapes, and there are very few instances where absolutely identical-looking UFOs have been independently sighted in different locations. UFOs in the shape of dumbbells, hats, and washtubs have been reported, as have machines flying through the air with moving wings. But many UFO enthusiasts prefer to ignore reports that do not conform to their conception of what extraterrestrial spacecraft should look like!
