Why Has Everyone Seemingly Forgotten How the Immune System Works?

Tuesday, November 10, 2020 By Stillness in the Storm 1 Comment

(Dr. Alan Palmer) The media blitz surrounding the COVID-19 crisis strangely omits any mention of the power of the human immune system. It is critical for thinking people to look beyond the noise and learn why a healthy lifestyle and a targeted nutritional approach, which I’ve been passionately advocating for over 30 years in my practice, is such an effective strategy in response to COVID-19.

How Meditation Changes the Brain, Exterminates Depression

Monday, November 9, 2020 By Stillness in the Storm 2 Comments

(Tiffany Harper) You’ve probably heard that sitting and breathing mindfully enhances mental clarity, reduces anxiety, and lowers or relieves stress. But how is meditation connected to the brain? Numerous scientific studies have shown that meditation leads to positive psychological changes. And this makes the connection between meditation and the brain more profound.

“I Am Done, I’ll Not Vote Again” – One Middle-American Mom Rages At ‘Real-Life Idiocracy’

Sunday, November 8, 2020 By Stillness in the Storm 2 Comments

(OHMama) I was born at the end of Gen X and the beginning of the Millennial Generation and grew up in a middle-class town. Life was good. Our home was modest but birthdays and Christmas were always generous, we went on yearly vacations, had 2 cars, and there was enough money for me to take dance classes and art lessons and be in Girl Scouts.

Mind Body Connection Science: The Interconnectedness Between Anxiety and Inflammation

Friday, November 6, 2020 By Stillness in the Storm 1 Comment

(Dr. Joseph Mercola) Dr. David Hanscom, an orthopedic surgeon whom I’ve previously interviewed about strategies for chronic back pain, quit his practice to focus on educating others on becoming pain-free without surgery. Most recently, after surviving COVID-19, he turned his attention to prevention and surviving it, which is an important part of this discussion.

How the Transgender Movement Destroyed a Family. A Mother Tells Her Story.

Thursday, November 5, 2020 By Stillness in the Storm Leave a Comment

(Natural News) Most people are told about the “transgender” movement through the rose-colored lens of the mainstream media and the “social justice” push in schools, colleges, corporations, government, and even the medical establishment. Almost every day, new laws are passed or court rulings are announced that further accommodate it and punish those who disagree. And the political correctness supporting it gets ever more severe.

The Meaning of Life

Sunday, November 1, 2020 By Barbara H Whitfield RT and Charles L Whitfield MD Leave a Comment

(Barbara H Whitfield RT) I had a near-death experience 45 years ago. It still seems like it happened yesterday. The highlight was what is called “A Life Review.” There I saw a cloud with thousands of bubbles and in each bubble was an event from my life. Time seemed to flow in a linear sequence and at the same time I seemed to be bouncing around in each bubble. I don’t think I could have survived this startling experience if it wasn’t for the incredible Energy holding me.

Sunday, October 25, 2020 By Stillness in the Storm Leave a Comment

(Jonathan L. Zecher) With some communities in rebooted lockdown conditions and movement restricted everywhere else, no one is posting pictures of their sourdough. Zoom cocktail parties have lost their novelty, Netflix can only release so many new series. The news seems worse every day, yet we compulsively scroll through it.
