Seems so simple doesn’t it.
I’ll give this a try for the next coming days as I have done many other techniques and I’m open.
My biggest problem (other than a high intake of nicotine & alcohol), is the INSTANT brain on high function faze as I awake multiple times during the night.
I love my creative & active mind but it can be detrimental. I find it harder to fall back to sleep rather than falling to sleep.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
P.s I occasionally substain(?) from said additives but that creates more intensity. I guess I should just get used to it. It’s how I’d prefer to live anyways. Without the nasties.
