(David Keltz) Last week, we watched as Joe Biden and his increasingly radical party outlined their dark perception of the country. They offered few policies and no solutions.  Their message boiled down to America is evil and rotten to the core, and Trump is a fascist who represents an existential “threat to our democracy.”  The Democrats also called Trump a racist, accused him of culpability for every single COVID-19 death in the country, and for the economic contraction that has led to a 10 percent unemployment rate.  As if the well-documented failures of the Postal Service over the last several decades have not already undermined it enough, Hillary Clinton blamed Trump for supposedly trying to sabotage it in an attempt to “steal an election.”

(The Daily Wire) CNN ran a segment on the unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Tuesday night that featured a chyron claiming that the protests were “fiery but mostly peaceful” as a reporter who was on the ground stood in front of a city that was on fire.

(Hank Berrien) Madison Cawthorn, 25, the young GOP candidate for North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District, spoke Wednesday at the Republican National Convention from his wheelchair, as he has been paralyzed since the age of 18 from a car accident. At the end of his speech, Cawthorn, with the help of two men on either side of him, slowly rose to his feet to recite a brief portion of the Pledge of Allegiance.

(John Vibes) Julian Assange is not in good shape, according to his partner Stella Moris, who was recently able to visit him in prison for the first time in nearly six months. Moris had a 20-minute meeting with Assange at the Belmarsh Prison in south-east London, where he is currently being held. The couple’s two young children also came to meet their father, but everyone had to wear masks, and visitors were not allowed to touch one another.

So, Tesla thought outside of the box — getting the wires out of the picture entirely.
