Review of Mount Shasta SSP Conference 2016 by Hari Meyers | Speakers and Information, Personal Insights, History, and More

I have always been interested in politics and what I intuit as “the machinations behind the scenes.” After all, I am a veteran from U.C. Berkeley in its Civil Rights, Free Speech Movement, and anti-Vietnam war days. I always participated intellectually, and quite often physically (“put your body on the line” and all that) to promote what I thought would be a better world. Later traveling to India and meeting my great teacher, whom I called “Father,” gave me a strong vision of what that better world would look like.

I had mostly ignored investigating or having a firm opinion about the existence or non existence of extra-terrestrial life and intelligence. I actually had a very clear view of four flying saucers early in ’99 when I was in Brazil seeing a healer for Max’s motorcycle accident disability. The town Abidjania, where mystical healer John of God (Jao de Dios) lives, is on a high plateau overlooking a long, long valley. 

One evening, Max and I and about a dozen others looked over that valley in the gathering dark and saw what was unmistakably four flying saucers moving erratically in stop and start patterns. Then they disappeared. I had seen them very, very clearly. Still, I chose not to speculate on the extra-terrestrial question. I remember asking Father one time in the early ‘70s if there was extra-terrestrial intelligence. He laughed and said to me, “Hari, you don’t even have terrestrial intelligence, so don’t worry about it. Ask me later.” Although Father has been dead for decades, “later” has come and I began to ask and seek in earnest about a year and a half ago.

At the end of May, 2015 I saw announced in the Bohemian a talk on UFO disclosure to be held at the Sebastopol Grange. I don’t know what made me attend. I am so glad I did. It started a whole new line of research, thought, and commitment for me. It was the right info at the right time. Every weekend since that meeting I have joined a group for meditation to bring about more quickly full disclosure and something being called “The Event.” I have added at the end of this article a description of “he Event” from the website www.prepareforchange.net.

Preparing for Change

Although I had not previously employed the term “the Event,” I was anticipating many changes in our world, which “The Event” describes. 

For a few years I have been expecting a global financial reset and the arrest of a criminal cabal which has been the “deep” or “secret” government of much of the world, particularly the U.S. and the European Union. 

As for the financial reset, which will include the end of the petro dollar, all currencies backed by genuine value, gold and/or silver, and, most importantly, the dissolution of the “Federal Reserve/IRS,” which has since 1913 increased by quite a bit the unjust robbery of all of us—I have followed much information on that through the reports of Karen Hudes, former legal representative and current whistleblower of the World Bank. 

As for the arrest of the elite Cabal, which has gone under so many names from the Illuminati to the current favorite of Khazarian Mafia, I have relied on the weekly columns of Benjamin Fulford. I have found the majority of his predictions accurate, although they seem to unfold at a much slower pace than predicted and almost intolerably slower than I would like. 

Nonetheless, I have been following countless Cabal-staged “false flag” events that fail to catch fire and many coups, racial dissension and division, as well as too-numerous-to-count border disputes not setting off the all-out 3rd world war “they” seem so bent upon choreographing. These “failures” seem to argue that the effectiveness of Rothschild/Bilderberg/Bush/Clinton/Rockefeller/Nazi gang/mob/clique in controlling world affairs has significantly deteriorated, and hopefully, they “are on the run” as Fulford keeps chronicling.

(I have felt that revealing the truth behind 9/11 would be the significant unwinding of the spool of deceits. But I have waited 15 years and such a revelation (although many and many more are awake to it), has not yet made it into any main-stream consciousness. I am pretty impatient as I knew/felt I was being lied to from the first hour I heard the news in 2001. I maintain the notion/illusion that I know when I am being lied to, I have known ever since the weeks following the Kennedy assassination. Perhaps my impatience is justified.)

What I had not considered until that gathering at the Grange—at the end of May, 2015—was the possible galactic forces behind the various factions. I had not taken my analysis or understanding to the next level of the mythic story being played out. 

In “The Event” description, the global financial reset and the arrest and charging of the Cabal for their crimes are two prelude steps to disclosure of extra-terrestrial intelligence and interactions with our planet through our species. It was the description of what will happen after “disclosure” that stimulated and inspired me.

We would wake up as a species and move from 3rd degree to 5th degree perception of reality; new technologies, especially free energy, would be made available to us; and we will be able to teleport ourselves, to control our aging process and, instead of being slaves to a “Babylonian debt system, will live lives of “fulfillment and freedom in a world of peace, prosperity and happiness.”

The preceding words in quotes do not come from The Event but from my teacher Father’s pronouncements and promises to me almost 50 years ago. That’s the point and what excited me—what I heard that night was a resounding of what I had so fervently believed in those days of my personal awakening—the mantra “a life of fulfillment and freedom in a world of peace, prosperity and happiness” has been my consistent prayer ever since. 

I had definitely grown weary and disappointed, but hopefully not cynical, at that promise not coming to material fruition in the time I had hoped (indeed, I had always thought it would come to be in our collective consciousness the very next day, “right around the corner”). So, I was very excited to hear that promise being renewed and reiterated, very much in the same terms and images I had pictured in that so much earlier awakened time I spent in India. Yes, yes, yes, I felt. I served this vision before, as best I could; I still have it in me to serve it (I have never given up on the hope that I will see this world at total peace—no more fucking wars!—before I surrender this present corporeal incarnation).

It was this renewed inspiration that birthed my commitment to our Sebastopol Prepare for Change group’s weekly meditation. I figured that meditating together to hopefully facilitate the event and “bring it on” sooner was the least I could do to repay having such promise and purpose renewed. Although I was a “latecomer” to understanding the greater galactic roles in this unfolding, I was caught up-to-speed with the help of others in the group who had tuned into the larger picture as much as two decades before I had. The timing was perfect for me—it always is—and, since I have been paying attention, many, many exciting pieces of information and evidence have come to the foreground. 

I believe “The Event” and full disclosure is not far off—but I won’t fall into the trap of anticipating or expecting it in any predicted calendar time as I’ve been there before; the important thing is the certain feeling and awareness that this IS happening and will be fully revealed (rest in that inspired certainty and let the date take care of itself). The shared feeling however, is that things are “speeding up,” more and more is clearly revealed to those who want to overcome their previous doubts and limited beliefs and just witness it happening.

Extraterrestrial Activity on Earth

The level I had not considered before was the influence of extra terrestrial species upon our human drama here on Earth. There is significant evidence that the human species has been interacted with (perhaps manipulated by) beings and intelligence from other planets for a very, very long time—much longer than our purported recorded history (perhaps as a species we were created by or, at least, had our DNA altered by these other species—is this perhaps what is meant by the “nephilim.”

These “new” finds are still kept mostly secret and only revealed on the “whackier” alternative media sites.

As this newly revealed information becomes available to all, the truth is our life on this planet has been controlled (veritably enslaved) by a species of reptilian beings (Dracos), just one of countless species that exist galactically. The human groups that have been at the top and controlled the masses, what we now call “the Cabal,” have served the bidding of these Dracos and others.

I don’t know about that, have not had a personal revelation or a significant “aha!” about it, but I am not rejecting it out-of-hand, as I might have in other times in my life. The “story” goes on to say that other species, besides the Dracos, are now interacting with the Earth. The other species may or may not be benevolent towards us but they are definitely opposed to the Draco at any rate—the planet Earth is a jewel and of interest to other planet species for many reasons, it is, in fact, a part of a “chakra system” of planets and, because of the current oppression on the Earth, our planet is holding-up or disrupting the collective ascension of the other planets in the larger system—“we” have gone too far. Father didn’t invoke ETs but he did say that “higher consciousness” became available to the human species when it had gone “too far” by splitting the atom. Anyhow, these other species have begun to confront the Dracos and overpower them and block their movements and powers, etc., so that the Earth planet can come into balance and the human species can be liberated. This countering of the Draco dominance accounts, some claim, for the current dissolution and weakening of effect of the human Cabal, which is no longer protected or counseled/guided by these Dracos.

Again, I can’t verify this plot and, I must confess, it bummed me out a bit to hear that the old “good guys versus bad guys” scenario was operative even in these higher spheres—but I am a mythology lover and know that “conflict” is seemingly a necessary element in all projected plots/storylines. At the moment I am just taking in the information, opening myself to possibilities, but not making personal conclusions.

The above long-range story of ET contact and “interference” in our human history has been pieced together by others exploring this realm of info long before myself. There is a body of recent revelations that have mounted in intensity and supportive verification in the relatively short time that I have been paying attention. 

Corey Goode

I refer to the incredible whistleblowing stories about which Corey Goode has been revealing, the decades-long existence of various Secret Space Programs (SSP). Goode’s story is monumental; he claims to have been recruited and trained when as a child his empathic abilities were recognized and from 1986 on he served for 20 years as a researcher for various SSPs. 

At the end of that service he was sent back to his earth life in Texas, back to 1986 (most often, when subjects are sent back, their memories of their space existence is erased, but Corey Goode held onto emanations and fragments of his while he resumed a Texas life, married living in a suburb, etc., and then sometime in the last ten years when he underwent surgery for a detached retina, his memories returned, vividly and fully). 

Furthermore, he has in the last years been re-invited to space travel to work and, taking many ongoing and current journeys to many places in the galaxy, he is currently the human representative for the SSP alliance (a group of many who have defected from the Secret Space Programs and are consulting and working to hopefully bring them, and their slave trade, to an end) and a participant in the councils of the Sphere Being Alliance (among whose members are a fascinating species, the Blue Avians, who have only recently made their presence known).

COBRA

Another remarkable source on these galactic behind-the-scenes negotiations is a person who calls himself Cobra. Despite an annoying anonymity-preserving tactic of employing a mechanical voice in which to make his pronouncements and analyses, Cobra comes off as quite credible and very certain of the info he conveys, which is in the form of progress reports of the off-planet struggles between the forces of light and those of darkness (yes, it is all quite mythological, and therefore, engaging). 

Cobra, as head of a “resistance” network, has organized world-wide meditation sessions to help facilitate the outcome to which we awakening humans, would-be “light-workers,” are committed—the liberation of planet Earth. His reports are blow-by-blow accounts of the present tensions, victories and obstacles in the struggle, according to his sources. For instance, he reports that for the most part, the forces of light have the upper hand and that “The Event” approaches with very certain gains but that it is being forestalled by the remaining Draco and Cabal blackmail of the light-forces through the existence and threats of “toplet” and “strangelet” bombs, capable of annihilating a good bit of our solar system. Like any inevitably doomed force, the Draco-Cabal are desperately attempting to put off their demise as long as possible.

Corey Goode reports on the same attempts by these “on-their-way-out bad guys” to postpone Disclosure for as much as a hundred years. This is not acceptable to the federations and alliances with which Goode communicates. Cobra makes pronouncements (and they are in accord with other “channeler’s” statements, all concurring with the same general story and history), but Corey Goode tells detailed and exciting stories, takes us right into the negotiations and what he currently learns on his present and frequent journeys off-planet to witness and participate in the unfolding drama. Besides extra-planetary visits, Goode has been recently taken to negotiate with, and learn from, long-living humans who inhabit not outer space but our inner-planet.

His tales are fascinating, beyond fascinating, and they beggar one’s current imaginative abilities. I have no way of confirming his stories. What I do know however, is that Corey Goode is telling the truth, his truth. Remember, I remain convinced that I know when I am being lied to. My abilities to read character, such that they may be, tell me that this man is telling the truth. He is a whistleblower, just as is Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden, Julian Assange. I believe all of them.

2016 Shasta SSP Conference

To a large extent, the Shasta event was the opportunity to see and meet, in person, Corey Goode, who drew me to the Promise Revealed Conference on Mount Shasta at the end of this past August. I was not disappointed.

Experiencing him in person further convinced me of his truth-telling. He is humble, sincere and most informative (he claims to receive his knowledge from laptop-like “glass pads” that he gets to view on his off-planet visits). I have wondered how it is possible for a human being to juggle the disparities of living simultaneously in such different realms (let alone the time-travel) to which Corey Goode has been privileged/subjected. Indeed, his energy seems constrained; he holds himself very carefully, somewhat aloof, somewhat timidly.

It was a very marked and unique experience being around him and the old therapist in me realized what it was—he is a very wounded being (who wouldn’t be after experiencing what he has?) and holds very tightly and guardedly onto what must be a very vulnerable sense of self. Yet, he is extraordinarily brave, and we are incredibly grateful for him, not only for the information he brings but for the role he plays in providing a human voice and perspective, perhaps the only one, in such high counsels and negotiations.

As outrageous as the story of Secret Space Programs operating for decades on Mars and the Moon may seem, it has been corroborated by several very reputable insiders of Aerospace programs:

The Honorable Paul Hellyer, member of the Canadian Parliament from 1949–‘74, Minister of National Defense for Canada 1963–’67, Minister of Transport 1967–’69, has been bravely disclosing for many years not only that UFOs exist but that the governments know they exist and have committed all sorts of outrageous crimes to keep that information secret from us inferior masses “who just can’t handle the truth.” I like this particular video of his because it connects the hiding of that information with the outrageous banking practices (the Fed Reserve and all the other agents of Babylonian debt slavery) and how the Cabal benefits from keeping this knowledge secret.

Laura Eisenhower

Laura Eisenhower (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/marte/esp_marte_59.htm) was another stimulating speaker (if, for me, somewhat bewildering) at the conference. She was given three uninterrupted hours but in that time presented (in her pressured and rapid speech) enough information for six weeks of seminars. She spilled out a tremendous amount of mythological and historical stuff of which I’d be most interested—for instance, I knew the Babylonian myth of Tiamat and Marduk but did not know that Tiamat was the mythological mother from whom the torn body of this creation was constructed, and the name of an actual planet which exploded, apparently causing our asteroid belt. She left me with a lot of homework to pursue. I had long heard of her and had seen her once or twice on YouTube.

Eisenhower is the great-granddaughter of the 34th president of the United States, feels she has been psychically connected to him since her childhood, wants to complete the mission from which he was obstructed of revealing the truth about UFOs and ETs (his famous farewell warning against the military-industrial complex was apparently as far as he was permitted to go), and did herself refuse an attempted recruitment to the Mars project.

Dr. Michael Salla

The speaker who helped my understanding the most was Dr. Michael Salla, https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Salla and www.exopolitics.org.

I had a personal identity with him as, like myself, he is a former academic and has not himself had ET contact but sees himself as a conduit for the knowledge being revealed by others. What he spoke about in the first of his two talks put a lot of information I had gathered piecemeal into a chronological and coherent perspective and did elicit a decided “aha” from the touchstone of my gut feeling. He spoke of the history and impact of ET contact within a period just a decade before my own birth—so, essentially, he presented a view of what has been building behind the scenes throughout my entire life.

The story begins in the early thirties when Nazi contact was made with the Dracos and how that species made a deal with the Nazis, using the technology and industrialized skill of the Germans to further their plan to take over this planet and giving the Nazis in exchange the key to superior technology. It is a fascinating story and I encourage anyone to research it themselves, beginning with the initial contact made through the beautiful and gifted Maria Orsic and the three other beauties of the Vril society.

Although the Nazis weren’t able to weaponize the info they gained in time to win the war, they went on to develop it in caverns in Antarctica and develop it enough to whip the ass of an American fleet of 4,000 that was sent against them in 1947. This attempt to overtake the remaining Nazis and appropriate their technology was called “Operation Highjump” http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/antarctica/antartica11.htm, and the U.S. defeat was reported by no less a personage than Admiral Byrd, who managed to flee the disaster. He gave an account of it in Chile on his way back but was forbidden to speak of it at all once he returned to the U.S. It is a fascinating story.

What gave me the “aha” was the realization that during my entire life from Truman on, my government has been compromised, first by refusing to speak the truth about UFOs from Roswell on and then by being dominated by Nazi technical superiority from Operation Paperclip on (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Paperclip). I had heard Dr. Salla on the radio a few times and always found him credible. I had as well read his book “Kennedy’s Last Stand: Eisenhower, UFOs, MJ-12 and JFK’s Assassination” and found it fascinating as it offered yet another motive for the assassination of President Kennedy. He insists the Majestic Twelve, a part of the deep and secret government which I had formerly missed, had been appointed to maintain the control of secrecy around the existence of UFOs from the lie that that which crashed at Roswell was a “weather balloon,” and that President Kennedy’s intent to make the truth public could not be allowed.

Personal Conclusions

The conference was indeed rich for me and has marked a sort of “turning-point” as it inspired me to communicate more publicly on these newfound beliefs and information. I now do so, knowing that many will dismiss me as even more of a “conspiracy theory” kook than they previously thought. Yes, I have been drawn towards what others dismiss as “conspiracy theory” (I like to call myself a “Conspiracy Realist”). Although I came early to believe that the single-shooter Oswald was a nonsensical cover-up, it was still a few decades before I went through a significant and basic change in my thoughts and beliefs. I had formerly thought that the suffering imposed on our world was a result of accumulated ignorance, based primarily on the cardinal mistake of feeling we are separate beings, separate from others and from God. Their ignorance and greed were, I believed, disastrous and most unfortunate but not intentional, not part of an agenda or plan.

I think I chose that as a “higher,” more noble belief, more spiritual than one that acknowledges some primary division and leads to my judging others. I took the high ground. But, tuning into the world as my sons saw it, changed my mind.

My son Max, a permaculturist, does not waste time hating or fighting Monsanto but he knows they have an evil intent to control the world’s food and its seeds. My son Narayan is a musician who creates raps and hip-hop pieces specifically to extol and support a higher level of consciousness, yet he knows that much of the commercially popular music is intentionally developed and promoted to lower the collective consciousness. So, I came to see (as I always knew from mythology) that there were competing moral agendas: that Kennedy’s assassination and the destruction of the WTC towers on 9-11 were inside-governmental jobs and cannot be excused as mere unintentional ignorance or unconscious greed.

Having said all of this, there are still parts of this UFO story that are hard for me to embrace. I can’t quite picture 14 foot, scaly Reptilian beings, which Corey Goode claims to have encountered, as well as the more likeable Blue Avians, without hearing an old, doubting, and somewhat cynical voice in my head say, “Oh, come on now!” But I know that is a limitation of my own imagination and that if I did not live on this planet, I would have a hard time picturing and accepting such a creature as a duck-billed platypus. I know that it profits me to adapt an attitude of open but discriminating consciousness.

My world can only be enriched by allowing for greater and greater possibilities. For instance, I have felt for a very long time that the Darwinian idea of evolution is rather limited and though it has much to offer on the origin and development of species in one linear and progressive concept of time; it limits itself to one cycle of existence, whereas I believe there have been many, many cycles of life and civilizations on this planet. I just hadn’t made the leap to other planets.

Not so much an objection but another caution in accepting all of this is that, as a self-reflective person, I know that this scenario places a lot of power outside myself and fosters a desire to be “rescued.” I realize that there are times of desperation in which one cannot see how to get one’s self out of a predicament therefore we project an outside rescuer.

My dropping out of family, school and my Western life in the 60s and going to India was such a moment of desperation, and my finding a voice/being to transmit a higher and redeeming consciousness to me was a sort of “deus ex machina.” If I have embraced another plot of rescue, due to any incapacity of my own, so be it!—but, in fact, none of the extra terrestrial messages I have read about counsel letting go of individual responsibility and relying on outside salvation. Rather, they all point the way of ascension, the transition from 3D to 5D perception as the responsibility of each person and the path there is the tried-and-true and universal message of increasing one’s own capacity to love and acting less from service to self and more from service to others.

In my earlier awakening, I had embraced the idea of higher planes in which we existed as more advanced beings. I conceived these planes (what are referred to as “lokas” in Sanskrit) as realms and regions in which we existed in our God or Goddess self. I still believe that. These realms just include now the possibility of many and many more sorts of beings.

I wish you fulfillment and freedom in a world of peace, prosperity and happiness, and will honor your own vision of ascension and how to serve it, and, most of all, I wish and see manifesting—Victory to the Light.

The Event

The event is the moment of the compression breakthrough. The compression breakthrough is when the light forces from above the surface of the planet and from below the surface of the planet meet in the middle that is on the surface of the planet.

I hope that we all agree that there are certain factions that support the light and support the liberation that exists inside of the solar system. There are some factions that support the light and the liberation of the planet that are existing below the surface. They’re progressing towards the surface of the planet because the surface of the planet is the main battleground is the main focus of all this situation that is not just limited to the planet Earth. When this breakthrough happens, this is what we term the Event.

The Event is actually many things at the same moment. It is when the light forces take over the mass media and release intel about ET involvement, about the crimes of the Cabal, about the advanced technologies, so FULL disclosure. This is part of it.

The other part of it is the mass arrest of the Cabal.

The other part of it is Financial re-set that the Eastern alliance has been preparing for quite a long time.

And of course we have been gradually going towards the first contact which is an actual official contact between the earth civilization and other positive ET races that exist throughout the galaxy. And the Event is a trigger point which begins that process.

That’s the short overview of what the Event is. And of course we have the pulse from the galactic central sun. The galactic central sun is a living entity and it times the pulse of energy according to our global awareness and the level of that awareness and the level of the awakening. And when we have this compression breakthrough the level of awakening is high enough for humanity to receive that pulse of increased energy from the galactic center. (Source)

It is the End of a Long Era of Captivity

Earth and the inhabitants have been in 25,000 years of imprisonment and quarantine (black hole). We have been controlled and manipulated by the dark side – or as we call them, The Cabal. We are now to exit the black hole after 25,000 years of prison. Our planet is the last one in the galaxy to be liberated. This exit is the EVENT HORIZON, or THE EVENT. THE EVENT will be a moment of breakthrough for the planet which will be physical and non physical.

On the non physical plane there will be a big wave or flash of Divine energy and light coming from the Galactic Central sun going towards the surface of the planet. (The galactic central sun is an object in the Sagittarius constellation.) The energy from the Central Sun will stimulate a flash or special kind of light from the Sun that permeates the earth and humanity, raising the frequencies of all living entities on the planet.

It will calm humanity in the light of love energy and end duality. It’s a magnificent energy not seen or felt before on earth. Everyone on earth will feel and know something has happened. It will be a surprise as to when it will happen, even for us. It’s never happened before. It will not be a major shock event, it will be a positive event.

On the physical plane there will be:

• The arrest of the Cabal (already started).

• The re-set of the Financial Systems.

• Disclosure – the release of ET information.

• The beginning of a new, fair financial system with prosperity funds for all humanity.

• NEW Government/Political system, Education system, Health care system, etc.

• Awakening of humanity slowly and gradually to the existence of positive non-terrestrial races and our galactic connections.

• Introduction of new advanced technologies.

• The release of spiritual growth and healing for every human being on the planet.

• There is much, much more to look forward to.

It’s time to say no. It’s time to say stop, no more.

What to expect Financially “AFTER The EVENT”:

Humanity will be entering a golden age, ecosystems will be healed, everybody will have their basic needs covered and the freedom to truly create and travel freely. This will open the way for many more steps in our evolution, beyond our present understanding.

The date of this Event can not be predicted. There are many groups involved worldwide, and many informations have to remain secret for now to guarantee the safety of the operations. All we can say, is that we are getting close. This is why an information and support network is being put in place so that the population can be prepared.

We have put a structure in place for people to meet each other locally and create local groups who can share information, start community solidarity initiatives such as local gardens, providing the people in need with basic necessities by connecting all the various groups and networks of our society to work together to make sure everybody is taken care of.
