In today’s social climate of political tension, it can be difficult for us to consider the opposing views of those around us. We can feel angry, and commonly shut down when we hear an opinion that conflicts with our own chosen perspective. However, in this case, the act of ignoring history and the classic warning signs of massive political corruption is by no means, a victimless offense.
I seriously doubt that in any normal situation we would ignore the possibility that thousands of young children were being raped and tortured by political officials. However, within the social tension caused by dishonest, manipulative, and corrupt media, many people have been conditioned not simply to ignore the statement of political involvement in pedophilia, but to disregard the thought altogether. In a civilized world, this cannot stand.

This article by the Daily Beast gives an example of what has happened numerous times throughout history when the people chose to ignore the warning signs of political corruption. It shows what happens when authorities deliberately discard clear evidence of rampant pedophilia in government. It shows what happens when the people are consistently discouraged from learning the truth behind these cover-ups. It also shows how investigators of these heinous crimes are punished while the true criminals are allowed to walk freely.
Many of the victims of the following crimes against humanity never saw justice done. They never healed from their childhood of torture, and were forced to live out their lives knowing that the system which feigned benevolence turned its back on them and left them to suffer in silence. Behind closed doors, those within that system heartlessly took advantage of young children for their own amusement. These elitist criminals were allowed to live out their days happily, raping and molesting child after child. It was only after all of them died off that the British people were allowed to know what was happening to thousands of young children on a constant basis.
Today, we are made to face the same possibilities which the British people faced during the 1970s, and according to the mounting evidence, these are much more than possibilities. We owe to it to the children—of America and of the world—to ensure that they are allowed to grow up safe and healthy, and that the authorities who once claimed to uphold human rights did not simply do so to hide their own sadistic natures. Right now, we turn to The Daily Beast for a history lesson to see what happens when governments exist above the law.
