The usual Heather's language. Like she does it on purpose, so nobody is able to understand what she is saying. This "game" seems like going on for ever. Can't anyone do anything to change it???

Point is why would she do that? why (although we all know and heard how she speaks perfect plain and understandable english), would she still chooses to be cryptic enough that less than 0,0001% of earth's 7 billion souls could potentially comprehend her?..
ps. does anyone who claims they understand her, provide answers to the same old questions which a lot of us keep asking, and she keeps "answering"?… i.e. why she keeps changing plans of action? why does not she delivers on promises? when will she finally delivers the promised DOV docs? what's the meaning of the "event", why nothing happens re the way all kinds and levels of cabal power operate towards us, the People?
Seriously, does any of you guys who claim you understand Heather, provide a "translation" of her OWN answers, in plain english? I'm sure (besides her surrounding elitish circle of close friends) thousands of People around the World would greatly appreciate it !!! :-)
she's been pretty good at explaining why plans have changed. DOV docs not released in july because the system isnt ready to handle them yet.
but who are we to judge her for how she expresses herself? written language is cryptic to a child who has not learned how to read it, and once they do it is not cryptic. Maybe we just have to take some time to learn her language.
The event is a culmination of OUR COLLECTIVE WORKS. Not some mystical magic that will wisk us into a golden age of laziness and non growth. We are at were we are at right now because WE STILL HAVE INNER WORK TODO LOL. money wouldn't exist on a world of people who fully realized it was a control mechism and cared enough to stop using it.
thats what is happening now. instead of focusing on heather (not an attack just a big piece of advice to help all of us) ask yourself what are you doing to help things. Are you distilling your experience and allowing it to reveal programs that keep you and us limited? For example this whole free energy release by OPAL is a HUGE growth opportunity. Many are not wanting to make the choice and are trying to have their cake and eat it too. But at an absolute level you either support slavery and patents, or you support freedom and the end of patents.
that is just one example of how people continue the system. By their inaction and indecisiveness they hold the entire planet back. So we each have our own work todo within, which i think is not only the thing we have the greatest ability to change, but also the best thing that we can do to move things along quickly. and makes us happier. win win for all lol

In plain English OPPT filings has freed the people to do what they need to be and do,but…the being and doing is not clarified in Heather's speech because what we need to be and do is clean up our courts and justice system to enforce the Law which is now Common Law. We can never access our value without arresting and removing the folks implementing corruption in every aspect of our lives. Even if we try to access our value as it stands now they ignore the Law because we have not reconvened our courts in our communities. We need to set up posse's of people to restore the law and enforce it in each of our communities. No mystery here.
