Over the course of my life, I developed detrimental health habits, causing discomfort and pain. Several old joint injuries that have never fully healed, as well as sciatica pain in both legs and scar tissue in a few places.
Practicing since 2013, I have overcome the initial psychological hurdles which accompany the socially taboo nature of Urine Therapy. During my longest fast of 4 days, several realizations followed the experience which I share below. The goal for this fast is 30 days; to heal and rejuvenate in all respects.

My name is Justin Deschamps, researcher, author, editor and producer of Stillness in the Storm blog (stillnessinthestorm.com). I will be documenting my first Urine Fast over the next 30 days. I did actually. Realized healing in many of the old joint issues i had. almost completely healed an absess that was causing me issues for a year. But more then all this i got to experience how deeply i am dependant on the experience of eating food for emotional satisfaction, which indicates an unbalanced personality make up. I must 'fill in the gaps' within myself, which food and hash are achieving externally. Well worth it, plan on doing another soon.
