I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and contextual usage of the terms. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.
Possible Meanings: “Collections of Inner Levels rise to the surface.” – The statement inner levels here suggest the microcosm or the universe within. Given the past month’s updates, this suggest the more coherent energies which have been increasing in intensity are entraining onto the consciousness of humanity. Coherence, with respect to consciousness, and the mental world of meanings, recognition and awareness, allows “more to be seen” and therefore acknowledged. Much like meditation allows us to become aware of subtle sounds around us, as coherent energy in streams into the earth field, the barriers maintained within each embodiment (each individuals microcosmic choices not to grow) will be revealed and rise to the surface; presumably to be expanded and transformed. The modality of transcendence. This is what collections refers to. Since ignorance creates a duplicity within consciousness, a barrier or division, then as things are made aware, they can be unified or collect.
“Connections of independent Higher Levels strengthen, and move upward.” – Connection of independent Higher Levels is the next eventuation of the previous modality of unification and reconciliation. For example, prior to the ‘awakening experience’ life seems chaotic and uncertain, seemly unconnected at all levels, the experience of coincidence vs synchronicity. But as the seemingly unconnected begin to collect within, due to a conscious process of looking within, the connections – which have always been there – begin to be acknowledged, and therefore strengthened. This relates to the principle of Reflectivity, or as Natural Law describes it Correspondance; each action has an equal and opposite reaction. Consciousness is a reflective phenomenon, meaning, experience itself is reflected within our minds, dependent on how we choose to understand it. The Mind is not divorced from the heart in this sense; all is one. The mind is the aperture through which we experience our perspective on what IS, this is where we ‘create our reality.” Taking this perspective into account, connections of independent suggest the higher orders of life, which are ‘independent’ to our order, are being consciously acknowledged and as such strengthen, gaining momentum and continue to move upward. Additionally, our own higher levels of independence, true freedom and personal sovereignty are made aware to us.

“Hue-manity connects. hu-manity dis-connects.” – This statement seems contradictory, but within the contextual meanings offered above, can be clarified. Hue-manity is often suggestive of a highly awakened personality, one who has realized their Dharma (life purpose) and is actively co-creating with the Divine or Absolute Plan of creation. Given the previous weeks updates, and the interpretations above, the divide between unawakened hu-manity, and awakened Hue-manity is growing. While this may seem like dualistic interpretation, it merely acknowledges the tension between those who are still trying to live old paradigms vs those who are accepting the new. The old paradigm of unconsciousness, “ignorance is bliss” is being cast aside for the paradigm of consciousness, “the truth will set us free.” Finally, since Gaia is ascending, choosing truth, and her whole body is moving with her, the earth, those on it who are choosing falseness will disconnect, as their experiences seem more and more chaotic. The universal mechanism of ‘pain’ comes to mind; P.A.I.N. = Pay Attention Inward Now! In other words, what is painful is an experience which us unwanted, and is an offer from the universe to go within and look at our choices. Holding our hand above a fire is ‘painful’ and since the universe honors free will, it will let us ‘burn,’ while also offering us the awareness that our choice may not be harmonious with all moments of now. For if we burn our hand too badly, this may conflict with our choice to use it later. Pain in this sense, literally allows us to ‘disconnect’ from old and limiting ideas, beliefs and thought forms, so we can connect with the Truth and experience flashes of brilliance.
Collections of Inner Levels rise to the surface.
Connections of independent Higher Levels strengthen, and move upward.
Openings of the Inner Light are seen for what they are in Truth.
Flashes of Brilliance come forth from beyond the openings, and are recognized.
Hue-manity connects. hu-manity dis-connects.

Note about meanings: The meanings offered are my attempt to objectify the Gaia Portal updates, to give them a scientifically supported basis in reality. However, the subjective process of reading the update personally is incredibly valuable, and meanings generated in each respect are not mutually exclusive (in conflict with each other).
