I do not have an insider or direct source for the meanings below. This is my interpretation of the update, based on extrapolation and the contextual usage of the terms. Please comment below if interested, I’d love to hear other’s thoughts on this material.

Possible Meanings – “Trans-portations are arranged for all concerned.” – This statement suggests on it’s surface that there are literal transportations being prepared for ‘all concerned’, but I think there maybe a more allegorical meaning. A Transportation maybe reflective of a transformation, an inner transformation of consciousness of course. Given that our relationship to the outer world passes through our minds, creating our subjective experiences, a great shift in consciousness would in effect be perceived as a transportation. For Example, when we go back to a place from our deep past, like the house we grew up in, it feels like we transported to our past. Changes in mind, change perspective and change experience. 

“Portentions of Light are clarified and unassailable.” – A Portents is an a sign or warning that something, especially something momentous or calamitous, is likely to happen. This term is used in reference to Light which symbolizes true knowledge, wisdom or sight and are clarified and unassailable. Considering all this, I take this to mean the likelihood of a great or momentous moment of realization in the consciousness of humanity is building. 
“Foundational Essence is recognized.” – Foundational Essence suggests prime consciousness, soul energy or the ‘god spark’ and is recognized. This suggests that at some level there is a conscious identification with the ALL or Source, which has been described by many works as Christ Consciousness; unified consciousness or activated third eye.
“Planetary illusions have served their function, and retire in silence.” Fairly self explanatory. Considering that illusions at all levels allow us to grow in consciousness, this statement suggests that the illusion on a Planetary scale is dissolving. What Illusion is being referred to exactly is unclear. Could be the Illusion of Death, the Illusion of Separateness, the Illusion of our solitude in the universe, etc. 
“Formidables seen for the smallness that they are.” – Given the above statement, this suggests that our would-be masters the “authorities” of earth are being seen for who they are. Natural Law, Spiritual Law or Cosmic Law refers to the concept of sovereignty imparted to ALL aspects of the creator, in this light Authority as we know it on earth IS an Illusion, and within our own lawful/legal systems this is well known; governments rule with the force of law with the consent of the governed. 
“Respite comes quickly, and continuously.” – A respite is a short period of rest from something difficult, which is coming quickly and continuously. Whether this means our work is presently on hold, or that it is simply getting easier is unknown. Regardless, I think a constant drive to inner work, gain personal knowledge and act to help our fellows will continue the work of uplifting ourselves and humanity.

Just because we share a CNN story that speaks badly about the President doesn’t mean we’re promoting anti-POTUS views. We’re reporting on the fact as it was reported, and that this event is important for us to know so we can better contend with the challenges of gaining freedom and prosperity. Similarly, just because we share a pro/anti-[insert issue or topic] content, such as a pro-second amendment piece or an anti-military video doesn’t mean we endorse what is said. Again, information is shared on this site for the purpose of evolving consciousness. In our opinion, consciousness evolves through the process of accumulating knowledge of the truth and contemplating that knowledge to distill wisdom and improve life by discovering and incorporating holistic values. Thus, sharing information from many different sources, with many different perspectives is the best way to maximize evolution. What’s more, the mastery of mind and discernment doesn’t occur in a vacuum, it is much like the immune system, it needs regular exposure to new things to stay healthy and strong.
