Under the guise of a Biden administration, it seems Team Trump wanted everything to return to normal. Within days of the supposed inauguration, Coronavirus numbers miraculously began to decline.
These numbers have been cross-referenced and checked against CSSE and John Hopkins University.
Trump, a master of the Art of War, is well aware that false friends and allies surround you when you seem to have power and prestige. But when you seemingly lose everything, these false friends reveal who they truly are.

If you have been a long time Stillness in the Storm reader, you are aware of the schism that has allegedly taken place within military leadership and the intelligence community. This is a schism between those beholden to an international criminal deep state permeating many world governments, and patriots of all nations who wish to take their respective countries back from the deep state and its central banking overlords.
Patriots and constitutional loyalists in government and the military were “prepared to do the unthinkable” if Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election.
This is what the infamous military insider told us back on November 2nd, 2017, drop 32.
Instead, Trump took office and the deep state’s 16-year plan to destroy America was dashed to pieces. The deep state wasn’t going to give up, despite three years of fighting Trump with everything they had.
In 2020, COVID appeared in time to cast aspersions on a Trump presidency through fear and sensationalism. But unbeknownst to many, the patriots may have used this as the perfect cover to spring their trap on the deep state.
It could seem like all was lost when Biden supposedly took office. But was it? What better way would there be to disarm an invisible enemy than to let them believe they got away with a steal?
The subsequent fast track to undo everything the Trump administration fought for in each one of Biden’s over 50 Executive Orders emboldened the deep state.
But while all the promises of our military insider seemed to evaporate, what if the white hats were practicing the Sun-Tzu strategy of the century—to appear weak instead of strong?
What you are about to read points to the most compelling evidence of the reality of “the plan” yet.

A Military Plan to Literally Prevent Thieving Biden From Taking Office?
Recall that the US is still technically in a state of emergency. This changes the legal and civil landscape considerably.
For instance, without an emergency, lockdowns and mask mandates are impossible, as these violate the rights of US citizens. But with an emergency, the state can order all manner of things, justified under the motivation to protect the people.
This is where it gets interesting.
Did you know that three of seven contingency plans are all now occurring simultaneously? These are known as Projects OCTAGON, FREEJACK and ZODIAC. Until very recently, these contingency plans have flown under the radar despite an article last year in Newsweek that made the world aware of their existence.

According to new documents and interviews with military experts, the various plans – codenamed Octagon, Freejack and Zodiac – are the underground laws to ensure government continuity. They are so secret that under these extraordinary plans, “devolution” could circumvent the normal Constitutional provisions for government succession, and military commanders could be placed in control around America.
The military have their orders as per these plans which include the above-mentioned operations. And they seem to have been in place for at least a year now.
The question is, are these orders coming from Trump since the plans were developed when he was in office? The key point here is that Biden stole the 2020 election with China’s help (see Absolute Proof Documentary).
What happened was, deep state actors with the help of China helped orchestrate “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” Believe it or not, those were Biden’s own words from October 24th, 2020. This type of action is what we are defining here as an attempted coup, whereas what the patriots and white hat military operations are doing is a counter-coup.

Wouldn’t this constitute a situation where “devolution” circumvent[ed] the normal Constitutional provisions for government succession?” And therefore, since Biden stole the election with the help of foreign actors, the plan would call for “military commanders [to] be placed in control around America.”
- Is this why, according to Politico, the “Pentagon blocked members of President Joe Biden’s incoming administration from gaining access to critical information about current operations”?
- Is this why Biden hasn’t been flying in the same Air Force One plane as Trump, as reported by Reuters?
- Is this why Trump didn’t hand off the nuclear codes to Biden on inauguration day, as reported by NBC News?
Take that in for a moment.
Do you see why this might prove Trump and the military are secretly still in control of the US government? Could this explain why the deep state tried and failed to impeach Trump?
Within the “Digital Soldier” community there is some thought that these contingency plans coupled with all the facts just mentioned could be part of a long-awaited plan to save the Republic.
The Silent Military Counter-Coup
It seems these contingency plans were put into place under the guise of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Strategically, it makes sense that the virus would be a great cover, turning a disadvantage into an advantage.
Why?
In an emergency situation, the assumption is that the regular flow and order of life changes. This changeability create a scenario in which patriots had the power to prepare for and implement the sweeping plans required to save the Republic. Patriots in the military could retain power, orchestrate a silent military counter-coup, and make Biden and his deep state cohorts believe they had succeeded in their attempted coup. Meanwhile, Trump remains the true president of the United States.
For this to work, Trump would have to remain quiet. He would have to go along with the deception.
For this to work, most of the lower levels of government would have to believe Biden took office.
For this to work, the media and the people, including patriots who discovered the plan from military insider Q, would all have to believe that Trump gave up.
Did it work? By all accounts it did.
Consider the situation in Burma as a case study in how a lawful military counter-coup to overthrow corrupt actors might look.
The big difference is, instead of an overt counter-coup, the counter-coup underway in the US has been silent. But the deep state knows the truth. And because of this, they would foolishly try to impeach Trump because they are well aware he is still technically the POTUS.
Does their desperate attempt to impeach him while all the world believes he’s a citizen and not POTUS now make more sense?
What do we know about the contingency plans?

Above-Top Secret contingency plans already exist for what the military is supposed to do if all the Constitutional successors are incapacitated. Standby orders were issued more than three weeks ago to ready these plans, not just to protect Washington but also to prepare for the possibility of some form of martial law.
“We’re in new territory,” says one senior officer, the entire post-9/11 paradigm of emergency planning thrown out the window. The officer jokes, in the kind of morbid humor characteristic of this slow-moving disaster, that America had better learn who Gen. Terrence J. O’Shaughnessy is.
He is the “combatant commander” for the United States and would in theory be in charge if Washington were eviscerated. That is, until a new civilian leader could be installed.
‘We’re in territory we’ve never been in before’
Though it may all sound horrifying to folks who hang on the words of their preferred corporate news pundits, temporary marshal law may actually be America’s saving grace.
Review what Justin shared in the following video. When an office holder breaks their oath and ceases to uphold their lawful mandate, the office they occupy is lawfully vacant. This makes the government defunct—it ceases to exist. Election fraud was exposed. SCOTUS, Congress and the States failed to do their duty and investigate the fraud, violating their oaths of office. This means the only parts of the government lawfully left are those offices that upheld their oath—Trump and the military.

When might the military’s “emergency authority” be needed?
Traditionally, it’s after a nuclear device goes off in an American city. But now, planners are looking at the military response to urban violence [ANTIFA, Color Revolution] as people seek protection and fight over food.
According to one senior officer, the contingency would trigger if the complete evacuation of Washington took place.
Under Defense Department regulations, military commanders are authorized to take action on their own—in extraordinary circumstances—where “duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation.” The conditions include “large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances” involving “significant loss of life or wanton destruction of property.” The Joint Chiefs of Staff codified these rules in October 2018, reminding commanders that they could decide, on their own authority, to “engage temporarily” in military control in circumstances “where prior authorization by the President is impossible” or where local authorities “are unable to control the situation.” A new Trump-era Pentagon directive calls it “extreme situations.” In all cases, even where a military commander declares martial law, the directives say that civil rule has to be restored as soon as possible.
“In scenarios where one city or one region is devastated, that’s a pretty straightforward process,” the military planner told me. “But with coronavirus, where the effect is nationwide, we’re in territory we’ve never been in before.”
Think about what’s going on in Texas with record cold temperatures, deaths and power outages.

In recognition of the equal vulnerability of military forces, the Pentagon has instituted unprecedented restrictions on off-base travel. Last Wednesday it restricted most overseas travel for 60 days, and then on Friday issued supplemental domestic guidance that essentially keeps all uniformed personnel on or near military bases. There are exceptions, including travel that is “mission-essential,” the Pentagon says.
Mission essential in this regard applies to the maze of more than a dozen different secret assignments, most of them falling under three larger contingency plans:

- CONPLAN 3400, or the military’s plan for “homeland defense,” if America itself is a battlefield.
- CONPLAN 3500, “defense support of civil authorities,” where the military assists in an emergency short of armed attack on the nation.
- CONPLAN 3600, military operations in the National Capital Region and continuation of government, under which the most-secret plans to support continuity are nested.
All of these plans are the responsibility of U.S. Northern Command (or NORTHCOM), the homeland defense military authority created after 9/11. Air Force General O’Shaughnessy is NORTHCOM’s Colorado Springs-based commander.
If these plans are in operation, and we’ve seen many indications that they are, at some point, the military will produce evidence of treason, sedition and election fraud.
What better time could there be to do this than when the military is in charge and Trump is out of the limelight? These contingency plans provide the perfect conditions in which the military could bring forth this evidence.
Those who were prepared to “do the unthinkable” haven’t gone anywhere. Those who have taken their oaths and are willing to die for the good of the country they love will never back down.
The Only Logical Explanation
The facts in hand point to one logical explanation: that Biden didn’t truly become president because the military already performed a silent counter-coup per the contingency plans that were put in place in 2020.
This explains the irregular nature of Biden’s “presidency,” the embarrassing failure of the deep state to impeach Trump, and the reasons for military plans OCTAGON, FREEJACK, and ZODIAC. We are now witnessing a quiet battle for the freedom of the US. If true, the question is, when will the military trigger the arrests and takedown operations similar to what took place in Burma?
This is anyone’s guess.
Now that Trump’s been acquitted for a second time, it is reasonable to expect more bold actions on the part of 45. His rebuke of Mitch McConnell is likely just the start of much bigger moves, which could be made with more teeth now that he is just a “regular citizen.”

My initial concern is hearing the details of Top Secret military plans are found in Newsweek Magazine. Secondly, Continuity of Government Operations plans have been around since at least 2005 when I started work at DOE.
My prayer is that your very well considered article comes to frustration.
It is certainly possible that Newsweek didn’t report accurately on the story. But I doubt that because they believe they have to disclose their plans to the public for them to be successful and avoid divine intervention.
But at present, the above presentation seems to account for all the variables……..Are you kidding me!
You accounted for the narrative that keeps people hooked and makes you money. Have some actual facts or real inside information before printing more of this stories and falsely rising peoples hopes.

My Brother, the only invalid points are not on your part. One that has lost hope yet spends time looking for answers and hope only to respond negative to it .That person is themselves the invalid and deserves whatever mental hell they made for themselves. If they want the answers as a fact maybe they should try after things happen. You provide plenty of facts and do not claim anything definitely but what may possibly be happening. And crickets…good article IMO. I’m thinking that there may be pause in their actions because of China’s threat to us. I would think the CCP would be pretty upset that their underhanded plan to take American without firing a shot would be at risk if the military does what we’re all hoping. Now that SCOTUS has rejected cases AGAIN, they should be rolling soon. Prayers for the military.

Questions: In the video describing law, you stated that law is a contract between two parties, and even though a law was not made under legitimate circumstances, if both parties are accepting, the law would eventually be considered legitimate—or so I understood. Wouldn’t “we the people” in accepting an illegitimate president even though we believed the election to be fraudulent, eventually make the certified election results lawful ? Wouldn’t the military have to make their counter-coup known to the public sooner, rather than later, to avoid making Biden the legitimate president? Is time a crucial element in this situation?
