Since July 10, 2020, the Committee has taken testimony from 150 doctors, scientists, and other experts to understand why governments imposed unprecedented restrictions in the coronavirus response and what the consequences have been. The Grand Jury of the Peoples’ Court of Public Opinion began hearings on February 28, 2022.

“We, a group of international lawyers and a judge, hereby are conducting criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings. This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of COVID-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against ‘leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices’ who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic.

Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world.

This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and shall be referred to as the People’s Court of Public Opinion. Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system’s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law. This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong.

The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures. They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media.

The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called ‘vaccinations’ which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal.  The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world’s population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars.

The lawyers, with the assistance of a number of highly respected scientists and experts from around the globe and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal, will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation and thereby provide the jury (the citizens of the world) with a complete picture of these Crimes Against Humanity.

The People’s Court of Public Opinion’s investigation’s purpose is twofold:

1. It is to serve as a model proceeding and get indictments against some of the criminally and civilly responsible figure heads of these Crimes against Humanity.
2. It is – through showing a complete picture of what we are facing, including the geopolitical and historical backdrop – to create awareness of:- the factual collapse of the current, hijacked system and its institutions, and, as a consequence– the necessity for the people themselves to take their sovereignty– the necessity to first stop this plandemic’s measures by refusing to comply– the necessity to jump-start their own new system of health care, education, economics and judiciary

so that democracy and the rule of law on the basis of our constitutions will be reestablished.

The People’s Court of Public Opinion works independent of any government and any non-governmental organization.”

The Grand Jury’s Goal Is To Create A New System

In Reiner Fuellmich: How a Grand Jury Will Prosecute Covid Crimes (video), Dr. Fuellmich explained that the purpose of the Grand Jury is to inform people, wake them up, and to fuel resistance because we are under a life-and-death assault now by the people who implemented the COVID policies.

Dr. Fuellmich pointed out,

“The most important thing is to get people to understand what’s really going on so they will rise up and fight this. People must understand that each and every one of us has to get up and do something. The courts of law will not turn this thing around. He said that he cannot stress that enough.

We are encouraging people to set up a completely new parallel system — including a parallel judiciary. There are already people in the United States and Africa who are working on a parallel system of justice. We have to disconnect from this old system. It is a waste of time and energy to try to reform that system. It is beyond repair. We are going to have to set up our own system — including our own judiciary.

The most important thing for people to understand is that they have the power. Without their actions, nothing will happen. They can’t wait for the cavalry. We are the cavalry. We’re going to turn things around. The goal of the Grand Jury is to wake more people up now.”

Waking People Up In Three Steps

Dr. Fuellmich discussed the work by Mathias Desmet, professor of clinical psychology at Ghent University in Belgium, who explained how the COVID policies created a global mass psychosis that hypnotized 20-30% of humanity. Dr. Fuellmich feels it’s important to wake people up in the following steps:

1. Pandemic: Start with “Is this a pandemic or is this a PCR test plandemic?” He explains that there is concrete evidence that this “pandemic” was planned for about 20 years. When people realize this is not about health, they are ready to hear the second level.
2. Financial Crisis: Explain that the goal of the COVID crisis is to divert attention from the financial crisis caused by the 2001 Big Tech crash and the 2008 Housing crash. Dr. Fuellmich points out that financial analyst Catherine Austin Fitts explained how the financial mafia diverted $21 trillion out of the system.
3. Economic Destruction, Genocide, and Transhumanism: Explain that the COVID policies are designed to destroy our economies, for population control (genocide), and transhumanism. Dr. Fuellmich explained that  someone invented the system we have now, and the power of the people is the authority to create the Grand Jury. He says, “It’s time to cut ties with that old system because it’s thoroughly compromised. That’s why we think it’s time to create a new one. We have the power because We Are The People.”

Dr. Fuellmich explained that the indictment process is only the first step. He says people have to take back their sovereignty. It is not something that can be given to us.

Dr. Fuellmich’s Opening Statement

Dr. Fuellmich said in his Opening Statement there are four basic facts the Grand Jury addresses:

1 – There is no corona pandemic, but only a PCR test plandemic. It is fueled by an elaborate operation designed to create a constant state of panic in the world’s population. This agenda has been long-planned, cooked up by a group of super-rich psychopaths and sociopaths who have no empathy and are driven by the desire to gain full control over all of us. They are using our governments and the mainstream media — both of which they own — to convey their panic propaganda 24/7.

2 – The virus can be treated safely and effectively with vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, and with off-label use of Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), etc. However, these treatments were banned by those who are using the “pandemic” to get everyone to receive the ineffective and highly dangerous (even lethal) experimental injections.

3 – The people who created this pandemic tried to create a Swine Flu pandemic in 2009 to hide their involvement in the financial crisis of 2008. These financial crimes went unchallenged by our politicians because they are aiding those who commit and profit from them.

Our governments have been taken over by the World Economic Forum which started to create its own global leaders through its Young Global Leaders program as early as 1992. Two of the first graduates were Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, and Bill Gates.

4 – The goal of the World Economic Forum is to gain complete control over all of us. It is trying to do that by destroying small businesses, through massive reduction of the population, and through manipulation of the DNA of the remaining population with the help, for example, of mRNA experimental injections. However, it also involves the deliberate destruction of democracy, the rule of law, and our constitutions through chaos.

The goal of the World Economic Forum is to destroy our national identities and to get us to accept a One World Government under the United Nations which is now controlled by the World Economic Forum. The goal of the WEF is to get us to accept a digital passport in which every move is monitored and a digital currency which we will be able to receive only from their world bank.

Dr. Fuellmich says this case is about a long-planned agenda of a group of ultra-rich people and their financial mafia based in the City of London and on Wall Street to use a pseudo pandemic to complete their efforts to gain complete control over all of us.

The World Economic Forum, invented in 1971 by Klaus Schwab, is the main platform for this agenda. Its members include a thousand global corporations with at least $$5 billion in annual sales, politicians, media representatives, scientists, and other “high-profile personalities”. They meet once a year in Davos and in China. Since 1992, the WEF has installed its own political leaders around the world including Justin Trudeau in Canada and Francois Macron in France.

The Davos Clique’s Agenda

This group is now called “The Davos Clique” and is openly promoting the shifting of the world’s assets to super-rich people so that in 2030, ordinary people will own nothing. They are also openly promoting the drastic reduction of the world’s population and manipulation of the DNA of the remaining population into transhumanism.

However, their most important goal is to control the financial system and to introduce a digital currency issued by their one-world bank. Just as important is the introduction of a world government under the United Nations which came under the control of the World Economic Forum in 2019.

To achieve these goals, they planned “Operation Dark Winter (video)” at least since 2001. There was another such rehearsal called “The Lockstep (video)” exercise by the Rockefeller Foundation in 2010 followed by “Event 201 (video)” in October 2019.

Dr. Fuellmich named the following six putative defendants who were on trial for six days:

German virologist Christian Drosten created the myth that COVID-19 can be spread by “asymptomatic carriers.” That theory was used to justify lockdowns, masks, social distancing, contact tracing, and the PCR tests Drosten created. By creating out of thin air an army of “sick people walking,” Western politicos and the legacy media instilled a widespread willingness to accept injections of an experimental substance — despite the virus being no more dangerous than a flu.

Now even the CDC admits the PCR test cannot distinguish between COVID and the flu. Yet, many people were required to get (and sometimes pay for) the tests repeatedly. The tests were used to drive the “casedemic” that kept many people terrified in 2021. That convinced some people to get the COVID shots. The nasal swabs for the PCR tests were not only useless, but harmful.
