There are several interesting points from the following COBRA update. I’ll offer my perspectives on this report for discussion purposes only as I do not contend that my present understanding (subject to change) is absolute truth.
The Energy Barrier (Heliopause)
According to the report, in 1996 an energy barrier of some kind (the heliopause) was erected encompassing the entire solar system in a ‘veil’ of forgetting. This apparently causes false memories to be implanted as well as an ‘electronic dissolution of memory’ in general. As a result, many channelers were compromised and provided false intel to the surface population.
The ‘Voice of God’ and Compromised Channeling Intel
This account by COBRA strongly resembles the work of many researchers who assert that the surface of the planet has been bathed in an electromagnetic field tied to an AI that has the ability to project the ‘voice of god’ into the mind. Corey Goode, a secret space program insider, revealed that in many instances people who contact beings using channeling are actually interfacing with a malevolent AI.

At this point both the intel provided by COBRA and Goode suggest that the vast majority of channeled information is ‘tainted’ in some way. Despite this sobering disclosure, it is fairly easy to avoid any deleterious effects from disinfo by analyzing the content of the message offered for it’s moral or Natural Law significance; how well it matches the truth. For example, a channeled message suggesting that a group meditation be performed to invite an ET race here to save humanity from itself probably has a nefarious intention.
Strangelet Bombs and Electromagnetism
As for the strangelet bombs that are apparently confirmed by science, it is difficult to wade through the erroneous physics. Contemporary Astronomy does not acknowledge the electrical nature of the universe and as a result has created ‘corrections’ to account for their lack of understanding. Dark Matter and Energy are a theoretical abstraction to explain the high energy interactions in outer space, but once the electromagnetic aspects of the very large are acknowledge, these theories cease to be valid explanations of what is observed.
That being said, I can offer that the mind and it’s ability to access spiritual realities, such as soul memory and purpose, can be greatly affected by electromagnetic or plasma activity. The science cited below is based on materialistic quantum mechanics, which is almost impossible to make sense of without an extensive background in materialistic physics. However, the organizational properties of any system, how well the things moving within it create a harmonic arrangement can be understood. In other words, these ‘strangelet bomb’s and ‘plasma implant’s are like wearing a pair of foggy glasses, they distort perception at a physical body level and mental etheric or plasma level; similar to the ‘energy drain’ experienced when sitting under florescent lights or in a high rise building for extended periods of time. These electromagnetic fields entrain onto the body causing a separation and distortion effect, desynchronizing us from the organic fields of the Earth.
Light Barrier and Quarantine of the Solar System
According to the below report, a ‘light barrier’ was erected between 2014 and 2015, designed to contain the ‘dark forces’ in the solar system. Again this strongly matches what Corey Goode has revealed, stating that the secret space program alliance (SSP Alliance), working with the Sphere Being Alliance, erected an energy barrier strong enough to prevent any travel in or out of the solar system. This apparently trapped the Draco inside the solar system, the ‘dark gods’ that the lower orders of the Cabal worship, according to Goode. As a result of being trapped here, this top tier of the Cabal power structure attempted to negotiate passage out of the solar system by offering to give up all their underlings in the Cabal; the 13 Illuminati families, the Trustees, etc. According to Goode, this apparently caused the Cabal pyramid to implode and infighting between groups has occurred ever since.
Hyperdimensional Physics, Time-Space and Healing
The hyperdimensional aspects of the etheric implants, in my understanding can be thought of as operating in regions of the universe beyond the speed of light. This boundary causes information to be ‘spread out’ in time-space, yet fixed to a ‘singularity’ in space-time; the so-called black hole. For example our life experience is ‘spread out’ within the mind as a field of time and events are accessible from a fixed location in space; we can navigate through memories (moving in time) even while standing still in space. In other words, when motion in space-time accelerates beyond the speed of light, it becomes ‘etheric’ moving into time-space where hyperdimensional or metaphysical interactions take place; ‘spooky action at a distance’. This realm of the universe does not operate with unidirectional time and therefore produces ‘strange effects’ when observed from space-time; the material world.
As a result of the non-local nature of mind, that it can be affected by events that are not physically close to the body, high intensity electromagnetic disturbances created by HAARP, CERN and any other electromagnetic device for that matter, can and does affect mental and body processes. The mind is the ‘lens’ for the soul, and therefore to affect the mind is to also change the way we experience emotions via the heart. This is due to the principle of entrainment or synchronization, wherein the body and mind change their energetic expression as a result of the environment; hence sitting indoors all day around wifi and TV makes one feel ‘drained.’
Grounding one’s self to the Earth physically, what is called earthing can be very helpful to re-synchronize the body and mind (opening the heart) to the Earth’s organic and harmonically inclusive frequencies. This combined with a persistent practice of contemplating experiences in a holistic manner will heal disturbances caused by implants and retune the body and mind to the spiritual realms.
Infighting and the Agarthan Perspective
There has been a great deal of infighting occurring within the awakening community usually related to what has been called ‘UFO religions’ or belief systems. As I’ve mentioned in the past, our ability to receive information with childlike awe and openness helps one avoid socially destructive tendencies.
The reference to the inner Earth civilization below seems to be a response to Corey Goode’s recent disclosure regarding the politics of these subterranean groups. According to Goode’s report here, the Agarthan Network, is a population of ancient humans who settled deep within the Earth in underground cities. These groups have interacted with humanity all throughout their history, appearing as gods in the distant past, and then changing their narrative to appear as ET’s from the Pleiades star system.
According to Goode, this group views humanity as barbaric and genetically impure, intentionally feeding disinformation to the surface population in an attempt to protect themselves from invasion. Possibly this program of deception is a result of the heliopause described by COBRA. Granted humanity has fallen into a state of barbarism as a result of Cabal influences and pandemic ignorance within the population as a whole, but one wonders if these self proclaimed enlightened subterranean races acknowledge the costs of using deception in a service to self manner.
From a Natural Law perspective, knowledge gained within the mind creates a moral imperative, that if left un activated from within causes karmic corrections without. In other words when the truth is recognized and not acted upon, it invites catalyzing events within one’s life as an attempt by spiritual aspects of the universe to guide consciousness back to the truth.
According to Goode’s report, the subterranean inhabitants of Earth have experienced attacks from more negative groups during their time underground. Essentially their xenophobic tendencies have caused them to be isolated in such a way as to weaken their ability to defend themselves. One wonders if a more transparent diplomatic policy with the surface population would have helped them avoid such destructive events in the past.
Group Meditations
Group meditations can be very helpful for healing disturbances within humanities co-creative consciousness. I’ll add that acting within these grand intentions at a personal level helps to ground them into the physical. For example if we participate in a global meditation for peace and love, actually living out these ideals in our personal lives by being more loving and compassionate to our fellows, bravely speaking our truth when we are able and passing through tests of our moral capacity – all greatly enhance the beneficial effects of cooperative meditation. In other words, holding a positive intention during meditation yet acting against that intention in our personal lives, limits the effectiveness of the whole effort.
During the invasion of 1996, the Archons and the Chimera have put a negative barrier at the edge of the Solar System (the heliopause). All beings contained within that barrier inside the Solar System, including all surface humans, all Cabal factions, all subterranean beings (with the exception of a very few individuals), all secret space programs personnel, all Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, Arcturians, Dracos, Reptilians, Zetas and all other sentient beings whatsoever were implanted with plasma implants and tied to Chimera’s AI network (the Veil). Vast majority of beings who had connection with the Ascended Masters were having that connection cut. Many memories of spiritual nature were erased with electronic dissolution of memory (EDOM). Many beings who intended to release intel to the surface population were mind programmed and in many instances false intel and memories were implanted. All channelers were implanted and most their channeling connections were severely disrupted.
Strangelet and toplet bomb mechanisms were planted if Ascended beings would reach out and make contact. This effectively made our Solar System a zone with very little Ascended contact. Event the Pleiadians within the Solar System could not reach the Ascended beings directly as the contact was extremely limited.
This is called the Great Forgetting of 1996. This forgetting was so complete that very few people actually remember their spiritual contact with their Soul and with the Ascended beings from before 1996. This forgetting was so complete that many people will have hard time comprehending what am I talking about.
Now most of this blockage is already removed but everybody inside Solar System (including surface humans and almost all beings from subteranean and space alliances) still have that part of implants that cuts their connection with Ascended beings, tied to strangelet / toplet bomb mechanisms, controlled by the Chimera. This is the reason why I have not yet released the intel about the Ascension plan, as the situation is simply not ready.

In 1999, the Light forces started constructing a Light barrier at the heliopause with the intention of containing darkness infection inside our Solar System and then later clearing it. This barrier was mostly complete in late 2014 and absolutely complete in May 2015.
Since September 2015 the Light forces made much progress regarding the removal of implants. The implants are no longer black holes rotating inside a magnetic field but just naked singularity portals still containing strangeness producing quark-gluon plasma inside implants’ singularity well. All implants are still connected with hyperdimensional plasma wormholes (Tunnels of Set) into an AI-supported network that communicates across the Solar System plasma vortex (Yaldabaoth) and is tied to plasma strangelet / toplet bombs. This network is still connected with RHIC hadron collider and to a lesser degree with LHC at CERN. Those accelerators supply strangelets into the network mostly with gluon fusion interactions:

The implants are the main reason for psychological mechanisms of denial and projection. Those two psychological mechanisms are the two causes of constant infighting between the Lightworkers (You have a big ego! No, you have a big ego!) and Lightwarriors (You are a disinfo agent! No, you are a disinfo agent!).

The Light forces have communicated to me that an alliance / coalition of Lightworkers / Lightwarriors, working towards the common goal of planetary liberation, and refraining from constant infighting, would need to be formed on the surface of the planet. Such alliance is crucial for the successful compression breakthrough. Dragon forces have communicated that such coalition would serve as a conduit for the energies that will be released at the moment of compression breakthrough to ease the transition.
If this alliance is not formed, the Light forces have an alternative plan to carry out the compression breakthrough. That second plan is slower, but more secure. Details about that alternative plan will not be released on this blog, I will just say it will not alter much the way an average human will experience the Event.
The Resistance has communicated to me that they will contact Drake just before the Event and give him substantial intel to be released publicly.
Light forces watching the surface population are in constant frustration as the infighting between people, who are supposed to be leaders of change on the planetary surface, does not seem to end. This is why the Agarthans sometimes see the surface population as barbarian. Instead of people being in denial and projecting on Agarthans as being elitists, perhaps they could take a long hard look in the mirror, recognize the inner barbarian, and tame it. It took many Agarthan factions hundreds of years and even millennia of dedicated self improvement until they have learned to live in peace. After the Event as the strangelet bombs are removed, they will be able to help humanity directly and they will interact with people, but they will interact with caution, as they do not want to become targets of people’s projections and attacks.
I have experienced my own share of people’s attacks and projections in the second half of September. How predictable – some people are so programmed and behave as Archon’s puppets so predictably that I can now even calculate with mathematical certainty when they will erupt.
Here I would like to communicate that I release intel to empower people to think with their own head and expand their horizons, not to create followers. I release intel about the Event not to make people passively wait, but to participate in the creation of the Event actively in whatever way they feel guided. Even on the highest level, intel is highly compartmentalized and on a need to know basis, so I do not know everything and my understanding of the deepest layers of the rabbit hole evolves with time when new intel comes in. Still, my intel sources are very reliable and are not subject to personality distortions, subjectivity and mind programming that the surface intel sources exhibit.
Many people are frustrated as there are no visible drastic changes yet. Any drastic change, such as a major disclosure intel release through the mass media, or a direct physical intervention of the Light forces on the surface, would trigger a cascade of events that would lead to triggering of the strangelet bombs. Therefore, drastic actions of the Light forces will only happen when all strangelet and toplet bombs are removed and pose absolutely no threat.

Years ago, the Chimera has locked many physical Pleiadian hostages in prisons on the surface in Syria and Afghanistan. These hostages were captured by the Chimera forces during the invasion on 1996 throughout the Solar System and later transferred to Earth. These hostages are strategically important for the Chimera since they use them as a mechanism to block the progress of the Pleiadian fleet towards the Earth where they would like to help with the liberation of the planet. These hostages are the real occult reason behind the presence of the US negative military in Syria and Afghanistan.
