Late 2024 SITS Statement about Fulford Reports
These reports are shared as a service for the thousands of people that come to read them. However, I can’t in good conscience not say what I think about them, and I haven’t talked about why I do that in an update for sometime, so here it is.
Julian and I began posting Fulford years ago as one of many sources to consider. As always, just because we post information doesn’t mean we believe it’s true. For years, I posted new sources that I knew were distorted but were nonetheless valuable to be informed about. As ever, disinformation is key information to a well-trained mind.
Julian passed in 2015, and the site changed direction in 2021 when all our income sources were canceled as part of the censorship campaign that took out many content creators. When that happened, I had to make a decision: should I let the site go offline because we can’t pay server costs or do I post Fulford and allow the site to live on, albeit on life support? I decided to do the latter.
It is my opinion that Fulford’s reports have fallen in quality and that while he enjoys celebrity, his efforts aren’t helping to make people more discerning or empower them to be a positive influence in the world. Does that mean his work is useless, worthy of contempt, or that he’s a negative actor? I’m not saying that. I believe that excellence is a ladder, and there are many rungs on that ladder for whomever is ready wherever they are to begin their ascent. No doubt Fulford has his own colorful opinions of me and SITS, which he has the right to have, and I honor that.
Anyone who’s spent time on social media, especially Telegram, can see the legions of bots and other attention-grabbing schemes that cause distractions, disillusionment, and otherwise hamper what I believe to be more productive expenditures of time within the awakening community.
Despite this, and within the spirit of the mission of SITS, I will continue to post his reports until I change my stance. In full disclosure, you know now the reason I do this and the thoughts I have about his reports and their quality and effect.

Fulford’s Report:
Let us look at what happened. Last week Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov went to Malta for a Foreign Ministers Council meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE is the ultimate military gathering place of the European race. It has 57 member States from Europe, Central Asia and North America.

This is the first time Lavrov has visited an EU country since the war began in Ukraine. He was there to meet the Knights of Malta, who are the heirs to the Roman Empire or Western military-industrial complex. There he called for “The creation of a pan-Eurasian architecture, open to all countries of the continent and reflecting a new, polycentric world order that will secure a reliable future for the countries and peoples of this region.”

The next day Turkey invaded Syria.
It is clear that Turkey and Russia presented NATO and the US with an ultimatum. Since Europe would not be able to defend itself for more than a few days against a combined Russian and Turkish attack, they had no choice but to back down.
A CIA source confirms, saying “The Lavrov meeting with OSCE in Malta was more a show of force by Putin. There were a few discussions on the sidelines. Bottom line a red line was drawn by Russia to NATO and the US: ‘time to end the Ukraine laundry service and all that goes with it.’”
In a sign the Khazarian Mafia caved, the fake Donald Trump tweeted:
“THE UNITED STATES SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT [the Turkish move on Syria]. THIS IS NOT OUR FIGHT. LET IT PLAY OUT. DO NOT GET INVOLVED!”
There is plenty in the news to confirm this is a combined Turkish/Russian power play. For one thing “the jihadists who toppled President Bashar Assad’s government in Syria have guaranteed the security of Russia’s military bases and diplomatic outposts in the country, a Kremlin source has reportedly told the TASS news agency.”

When rebels entered the residence of Maher al-Assad, Bashar’s younger brother and commander of the elite 4th Armoured Division, they discovered massive underground tunnels inside.
The question is, where is the cash that was stashed in the black suitcases? As this video of people in his home shows, Assad left the people some crumbs. However, CIA sources say Assad took more than $75 Billion in gold, gems, titles to properties and cash to finance his exile in Moscow.
Turkish President Recep Erdogan says “Now, there are only two [experienced] leaders in the world. They are myself and Vladimir Putin. I am not saying this because one of them is me. But I have been in office for 22 years, nearly as long as Mr. Putin. The rest are gone. And we want our dialogue to continue. It is important to continue politics. For instance, politics ended in Germany when [Chancellor] Angela Merkel resigned.”

Many people in the West mistakenly think this was an Israeli operation. The KM even put out a video of the Avatar Benyamin Satanyahu taking credit. Nothing could be further from the truth. Israel admits its strategy of ethnic cleansing for the purpose of clearing land for Israelis to live in, using the Nazi German word “lebensraum.”
Erdogan will see that these Nazis face justice.
Erdogan says Syria has had enough wars and that the Syrian people deserve freedom, security, and peace in their homeland. He adds history will record how his country successfully passed the test of humanity “despite all contrary propaganda.”
Our own sources in MI6 and elsewhere confirm what is happening is the end of the Sykes-Picot agreement that divided the Ottoman Empire into the balkanized group of countries we now see in the Middle East. We are hearing that Israel and Egypt are next in line to fall after Syria. This could possibly end up going all the way to Morocco as well as gobble up Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States.
Our Iranian sources confirm they are now negotiating new borders with Turkey, meaning some sort of revival of the Persian and Ottoman empires is taking place. “The two treaties of Golestan and Torkemanchay which took away 18 caucus cities from Iran are fake and have no validity. Foreigners wrote, stamped, and signed both treaties without any Iranian involvement,” the sources say.
The Middle East is not the only place where borders are going to be redrawn and countries are going to disappear.
It looks like the agreement between East and West to create a council of seven regions to deal with issues affecting the entire planet is unfolding.
Asian Secret Society sources contacted the White Dragon Society last week to say they had confirmed the validity of the Pentagon, Vatican, Russian and British Commonwealth contacts they were introduced to. Now, meetings are taking place at the highest levels of power in Asia. It seems there is a split between hardliners who want China to dominate the entire planet and moderates who support a polycentric world.
In any case, while China debates, the West is continuing its regime change transformation.
For example last week Donald Trump proposed the idea of merging Canada with the United States when Canadian Prime Minister Justin Castrudeau visited him.
While Trump said Canada could be the “51st State”, the reality would be different. What would happen is the United States of North America would combine the 50 US States and 16 territories with the 10 Canadian Provinces and three territories. This would surpass Russia to become the world’s largest country by land area. There is also discussion about building a new capital from scratch possibly in Manitoba or North Dakota.
The rest of the Western-controlled world is also standing by for major realignments after Trump takes office on January 20th.
In the meantime, a power struggle continues in North America as the Khazarian Mafia Nazis continue to fight for their very lives.
For example, the Nazi regime in Canada knows they face the death penalty for what they have done. This evil regime in Canada is trying to force pensioners to end their lives through assisted suicide by imposing massive taxes on the pensions of people who live past the age of 75.
This same government is confiscating firearms from Canadians and sending them to the Nazis in Ukraine. They are all going to hang.
In the US too, the KM are desperately trying to use a fake Trump to stay in control. This Trump just put out a delusional post full of lies:

This same fake Trump is taking credit for bitcoin’s historic surge past $100,000. Trump, who in September launched his own crypto platform, wrote on Truth Social to his social media followers: “CONGRATULATIONS BITCOINERS!!! $100,000!!! YOU’RE WELCOME!!! Together, we will Make America Great Again!”
We are watching what appears to be a significant “astroturf” campaign to persuade the federal and state governments to begin significant Bitcoin (BTC) buying programs using taxpayers’ money and funds borrowed with ever-expanding debt to fund BTC to be held on government balance sheets. This will solve a major problem faced by the Bitcoin billionaires—how to liquefy their holdings in a market that is not sufficiently broad and deep to allow them an exit during a major pump, says Catherine Austin Fitts.
She notes growing discussion of how to take advantage of “$500 trillion of land and minerals owned by the U.S. government.”
“In the video, Lutnick is practically drooling as he talks about it. He can taste the trillions…. Pretty obvious. Oops, he is another Zionist Jew. Nothing to see here,” a Mossad source comments. He is Mar-A-Lago Trump’s choice for Commerce Secretary…. Working with Elon Musk to create DOGE….. Department Of Government Efficiency.
Of course the land and minerals cannot be disappeared out the back door in the way that the black-budget technology and the missing Pentagon $21 trillion were.
Our CIA and NSA sources confirm the agencies have a back door into bitcoin and that they pump up the price to try to convince suckers into putting real money into this scam so they can repeat their pump and dump scam. They have just pumped it up past $100,000 and soon it will be like the former Zimbabwe dollar with fantasy numbers running into the $ trillions.
The last I heard, you cannot use bitcoin to buy things on Amazon or pretty well anywhere else. Stay away.
The KM are trying to get money from bitcoin because their Ukrainian money laundry has been cut off. Speaker Mike Johnson says there will be no new funding for Ukraine under Biden.
The Biden administration is also reportedly considering preemptive pardons for individuals on Trump’s “deep state” list, including Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney and Anthony Fauci.
The US Government is also trying to pass 2024 Bill ‘HSB 737’ which will grant immunity to pesticide manufacturers for poisoning Americans.
The nomination of Kash Patel, who has vowed to pursue Trump’s critics, as FBI director has scared the living daylight out of members of the president’s inner circle.
It appears the pardons are an attempt to get a truth and reconciliation committee instead of war crimes trials for the KM Biden regime. Hunter Biden’s pardon means his blanket immunity prohibits him from using the 5th Amendment. So now, if they put Hunter on the stand and they ask him, for example: “How much money did you launder through Ukraine for the Big Guy?” Hunter cannot plead the 5th and would be forced to testify or be jailed in contempt.
Hunter would be forced to talk about things like his involvement in Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP), led by Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz, stepson of John Kerry. RSTP had Metabiota in its portfolio. Metabiota worked closely with Anthony Fauci in developing bio-weapons in Ukraine.
In addition to pardons for higher level KM criminals, it appears others are trying to hide. UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson appears to have cashed out all his stock options and staged his own death because he was just about to be forced to testify about his company’s MASSIVE role in COVID deaths.
The biowarfare was also a massive money laundering operation. Did you know the December 2022 – $1.7 trillion omnibus bill included $335 billion for the bird flu “influenza pandemic,” including the use of “surveillance tools” against Americans?
Richard Koshimizu of the Japan Independence Party says Bill Gates paid a Japanese professor by the name of Hamaoka millions of dollars to create a type of bird flu that could infect mammals, including humans.
Bill Gates, for his part, was slammed on social media X for calling India a “kind of laboratory to try things” in a recent podcast. It seems he is trying to simultaneously threaten and bribe India into giving him protection. Nobody is going to protect you, Bill, nobody.

It looks like the KM’s weather warfare crimes are also being exposed. FEMA is acting extremely shady as James O’Keefe investigates North Carolina Hurricane Helene’s response. FEMA officers “immediately turned their badges around” so they couldn’t be identified. Meanwhile, a FEMA whistleblower admits “the bureaucracy was not helping people.”
In more evidence of KM weather warfare, the Japanese Embassy in Spain sent SMS alerts on October 28 and 30 to Japanese citizens in Spain to warn them a climate catastrophe was going to happen in Valencia. The Spanish government not only failed to warn the population of what was coming, but sat idly by for three and a half days, according to Polish intelligence.
Then there was the KM’s massive importation of criminals into the West. In the US at least 400,000 known criminals and 13,000 convicted murderers have crossed the border illegally during Joe Biden’s presidency.

There are also countless military-aged male Chinese who have illegally entered the US with large amounts of cash.
The Chinese have warehouses stuffed with US cash they print as receipts for their accumulated trade surplus with the US. It makes sense they would use this KM cash for various operations around the world, including the US and Canada.
The KM are also still assassinating white hats. Scott Bennett, a former US Army officer and long-time analyst for Press TV, just died at the age of 53. “Two weeks ago he was still in great shape. And suddenly, for no reason at all, he dies of cancer, which he never had, according to the testimonies of his numerous friends,” editor-in-chief of the RT media group Margarita Simonyan says.
In a report to the US Congress about Ukraine Bennett wrote “Non-military targets are being attacked, irreparably damaged or destroyed, and civilians are being intentionally murdered as a result.”
“He was a real Patriot and member of the WH Alliance. He was taken out for sure with an mRNA jab that caused turbo cancer. It usually hits the pancreas,” a Pentagon source says.
The white hats were unable to prevent the murder of Bennett, but they still have time to protect a new Boeing whistleblower who says people are going to die over safety at their satellite factory and the company is solely focused on profits. Let’s make sure he doesn’t “commit suicide or slip and fall in the shower and break his neck,” like what happened to his whistleblower colleagues.
The pursuit of profits without regard to the human cost is a sign of a failing regime.
In another sign of just how degenerate the current regime has become, Veteran Affairs officials got caught having a 12 person orgy while on the job. One guy said he slept with 32 of his coworkers and bragged about it on company email.
Pentagon sources say the real Trump will have to get the Supreme Court to act quickly on the Brunson case to put an end to all this troublemaking before January 20th because “otherwise the US is toast.”
The real Trump is also active, of course. In a new interview, he says he will pardon individuals involved in the Jan. 6, 2021, storming of the Capitol, including those who have pleaded guilty on his first day in office.

Also, in further proof, that the white hats are on the case, 21 George Soros-backed prosecutors have been ousted since 2022 and replaced by ‘tough-on-crime’ prosecutors, according to a recent report.
The Europeans are also taking action. The country of Slovakia is the latest to declare the “Vaccines were an act of Bioterrorism.”
In France the government collapsed last week and the country is now in a holding pattern. France is now run by Jean Michel de Rothschild, who is presented to the world as Brigitte Macron, French intelligence sources say. President Emmanuelle Macron died two years ago and is now being portrayed by an avatar. The sources add you can confirm this by looking at the ears. In any case, the sources say Jean Michel is in poor health so the French regime is looking for a new leader. “The boat of transition is in dry dock now but will be put to sea in February or March,” a source close to Jean Michel de Rothschild says. This was agreed to by the fake Trump who visited France last week, the source says.
In Germany too, a general election is scheduled for February 27th; so that country is also in a holding pattern.
In the UK, a funeral for a British royal last week was attended by most royal family members except for Kate Middleton (now played by an actress), Charles and Camilla.

A CIA source explains:
Romania is part of NATO’s eastern flank and stands at the forefront of the bloc’s efforts to threaten Russia. Romania’s Black Sea coast make it a convenient route for shipping weapons to Kiev. Its’ border with Moldova allows NATO to threaten Transnistria, a breakaway Moldovan enclave locked between Moldova and Ukraine, where a contingent of Russian peacekeepers is stationed.
The Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base located near Constanta is currently undergoing expansion and is expected to become NATO’s largest military base in Europe.
However, in the wake of Russia’s ultimatum to the West at Malta, it is clear the battle for Romania is not over yet.
Regardless, the turmoil is not limited to the Western hemisphere. The situation in East Asia is also undergoing a profound transformation. The Japanese puppet regime that has held power for almost the entire post-war era lost an election in October meaning the country is now on standby mode until Trump sends a new US Ambassador with new instructions.
In South Korea too, regime change has just taken place. Prosecutors there have started a criminal investigation of President Yoon Suk Yeol as a result of his failed attempt to impose martial law last week. His defense minister has already been arrested. The people now in power in South Korea are angry at the Biden regime for stopping their planned peaceful reunification with North Korea. This reunification is now expected to proceed.
Taiwan, for its’ part, is likely to be invited to negotiations to form a new regime for a unified China, Asian Secret Society sources say. Expect news on this front after the Chinese New Year’s celebrations end on February 3rd.
Finally this week, we note Russia’s Lavrov told Tucker Carlson:
Five nuclear states declared at the top level in January 2022 that…nuclear war can never be won, and therefore nuclear war is not possible. We have this channel which is automatically engaged when a ballistic missile launch is taking place.
As regards this Oreshnik hypersonic mid-range ballistic missile. 30 minutes in advance the system sent the message to the United States. They knew that this was the case and that they don’t mistake it for anything bigger and real dangerous.

Stillness General Comment on Fulford Reports
I decided to add this general comment to all Fulford reports since I frequently receive the same questions about them.
Commentary:
In response to many questions and comments I receive from people wondering why I share these reports, I offer the following.
Speaking as someone who has been following Fulford’s reports since 2011, reading them should probably be done with a large grain of salt. That is to say, he seems to share information directly from alleged sources within the Pentagon, CIA, White Dragon Society, and so on. Often the data presented is contradictory on the surface.
The predictions and statements Fulford makes sometimes are highly accurate, whereas, in other instances, they are completely unfounded. Instead of looking to Fulford as one who is “tapped into” some greater truth, it would probably be more productive to consider his data as one possible perspective on what is happening on Earth at this time.
This of course extends to all sources of information. Fulford, like all of us, is only human and can make mistakes. But that doesn’t detract from the work he has done to spread awareness and move things forward to a brighter future for humanity.
Discernment is the process of understanding what something is, which in Fulford’s case, means entertaining his reports without believing them blindly, and then doing the follow-up research/fact-checking to determine what actually happened. In this way, it is a real-time discernment exercise.
The fact that so many people continue to read his reports despite their sensational and wildly inaccurate nature at times—while also being accurate and poignant—means the people he receives information from are probably using him as a mouthpiece to speak to you—the reader who is on their awakening path. As such, blind belief or callous rejection are not our allies but critical thinking and open-mindedness are.
As I have said before, if he is serving as a mouthpiece for various groups working to change the status quo or agents within the Cabal, we can decipher the data as if it is a form of awakening propaganda—information that certain players want to expose the masses to. What effect this has on your personal process is largely up to you. But I would suggest taking an active role in discernment and not falling into the trap of total acceptance or rejection.
