The following is a compilation of writings called the Dulce Papers.
They describe secret projects and programs, along with history and claims, surrounding underground bases, extraterrestrial bases, and similar information.
The papers are some of the most mysterious and mindblowing writings within the Ufology catalog.
One should take all this information with an open mind but a critical eye.
The nature of the claims made herein is difficult to verify. Most of us can’t go to these alleged bases ourselves to confirm what is reported. The government often refuses to reveal any documents or evidence that these things exist. And extraterrestrials remain aloof.
Despite the fact one can’t prove the claims herein with 100% certainty, there is much to gain in reading them.
The fact of the matter is, all knowledge that is considered true is first rejected as nonsense. Human knowledge is limited. And thus, while we might not have much hard evidence to confirm the situation now, it could emerge as a result of enough people caring to take it seriously and investigate accordingly. This is what a good detective does.
The papers listed below are currently being posted as a series on this website.
We’re posting them here to memorialize them for posterity, meaning that they will be kept on this website as a record, so long as it is reasonable to do so and funding of the site costs remain intact.
