The Daily Wire Sues Biden Regime Over Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandate

(100 Percent Fed Up) The Daily Wire has filed a lawsuit against the Biden regime following the new vaccine mandate which, beginning January 4th, will force private sector companies with over 100 employees to be either vaccinated or regularly tested for Covid-19. The penalty for disobeying this mandate is the termination of employment.

The Daily Wire’s Co-Founder, Jeremy Boreing, came out with a statement saying, “The Daily Wire will not comply with President Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate, and we are suing the Biden Administration to put a stop to their gross overreach. President Biden, the federal government, social media, and the establishment media have conspired to rob Americans of their freedoms in the name of public health. They have broken faith with the American people through conflicting messaging, false information, and by suppressing data and perspectives with which they disagree.”

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued an Emergency Temporary Standard on Covid-19 vaccination and testing, identifying Covid as an occupational hazard and consequently allowing this mandate to immediately go into effect, thus avoiding public dissent stalling its rollout and ultimately violating the Administrative Procedure Act

In a press release, The Daily Wire aired their grievances:

“… the federal government has no power under the Constitution to force half the U.S. private sector workforce — 80 million workers or more — to be vaccinated against their will or endure repeated medical testing as a condition of simply earning a living.”

This lawsuit is not focused on arguing whether or not the COVID-19 vaccine is safe, effective, or should be received. It focuses instead on the fact that the federal government does not have the legal authority to impose such a mandate on the workforce and force companies to become involved in their employees’ personal health matters.

The press release continues by expressing further opposition to this vaccine mandate:

“Forced to invade employees’ medical choices or histories and their religious beliefs in connection with a condition of employment, The Daily Wire risks being trapped between its obligations under the mandate and the prohibitions against discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as well as the burdens of laws regulating the possession of private information. The mandate is unconstitutional because the Constitution does not grant Congress — much less OSHA — the general police powers needed to mandate vaccination and virus testing as a condition of private employment, or to deputize employers to enforce that mandate on its behalf.”

The Daily Mail is standing strong against the Biden Regime’s misuse of constitutional authority and calling them out for not taking into account the negative public sentiment about the mandate being forced on the U.S. workforce.
