Popular Mechanics (PM), the mainstream science and technology magazine, which has been well respected publication since 1902, reported on the story, which as of this writing is 4th on it’s top trending stories. PM admitted that the “federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods,” which could be soft disclosure of what many conspiracy researchers have known for some time.
