Over the weekend, auditors in Windham were testing if folds in ballots impacted the vote count machines would give back.

Now, we have this.

Windham auditors say that the fold effect might explain the discrepancies but there could be more going on.

Ballot tabulation devices, memory cards, election ballots, and the organization of equipment and materials began arriving last week from the Windham Town Offices, according to a readout from the state attorney general.

The audit is taking place at Edward Cross Training Center.

The state’s Department of Justice is offering members of the public a virtual viewing portal for the procedure.

Republican Gov. Chris Sununu signed legislation on April 12 directing an audit of the ballot-counting machines and memory cards used during the 2020 general election in Windham, as well as a hand tabulation of ballots for a state representative, governor, and U.S. senator races after a recount established discrepancies between vote totals.

The law does not direct auditors to look at votes for president.

What spurred the audit was a hand recount conducted after election night that determined that the four Republicans running for the 7th Congressional District state House seat each received about 300 more votes than were reported after the original vote count.

The hand recount also revealed that a Democratic candidate lost 99 votes.

The audit has been celebrated by Donald Trump, along with the audit in Arizona’s Maricopa County, as being part of what he deemed the “incredible fight to seek out the truth on the massive Election Fraud which took place in New Hampshire and the 2020 Presidential Election.”

“Congratulations to the great Patriots of Windham, New Hampshire for their incredible fight to seek out the truth on the massive Election Fraud which took place in New Hampshire and the 2020 Presidential Election,” Trump wrote.

“The spirit for transparency and justice is being displayed all over the Country by media outlets which do not represent Fake News,” he added.

“People are watching in droves as these Patriots work tirelessly to reveal the real facts of the most tainted and corrupt Election in American history,” he added. “Congratulations Windham—look forward to seeing the results.”

In Windham, New Hampshire, a town of about 14,000 near the Massachusetts border, a state legislative race was thrown into disarray when a recount found major discrepancies with the original total.

“On Election Night, Republicans swept all four of Windham’s state representative seats. One Democrat, Kristi St. Laurent, fell short by just 24 votes and requested a recount,” NHPR reported.

“But during the recount, the margin between St. Laurent and the Republican candidates changed significantly,” the report continued. “The vote totals for all of the Republican candidates in that race increased by about 300, while St. Laurent’s vote count decreased by nearly 100.”

“While the outcome of the race didn’t change — the four Republican victories from Election Day were upheld at the recount — the change in vote totals raised questions for lots of people from both parties,” the report added.

Democrats are very worried about the election audit taking place in Arizona.

The Biden Department of Justice has sent a letter to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann taking issue with Maricopa County’s forensic audit of the 2020 election.

The letter is from Pamela Karlan, the principal deputy assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division.

Maricopa County has started the audit of 2.1 million ballots.
