Keep in mind two very important things.
One, the sociocultural environment of Reich’s day was hardly open to scientific explorations of sexuality. Religious thought and dogma surrounding sex was the prevailing view. As such, merely researching sexuality under the premise that an uninhibited form would be beneficial was ideologically reprehensible to many. As such, Reich was straw-manned and his work greatly misunderstood by a climate of moral panic that never gave his research any serious consideration.
Two, the Deep State do not want his work to see the light of day. In short, the systems of control are partially founded on people lacking the ability to properly regulate and express their innate biological sexual urges. We’re socially encouraged not to talk about sex, not to take it seriously, not to consider how it’s meant to work in human life in a healthy way, all the while sex is used to sell goods via advertising, and pornography consumption is at an all-time high. Frankly, we’re a sick an twisted world when it comes to healthy sexual expression.
The fact that so much sexual disturbance occurs endemically, such as pedophilia, suggests there’s something very wrong with how we cultural define this basic human need. But for centuries, the “norm” of unhealthy sexual expression has acted as a block against more scientifically based theories. Thus, even today, sex is such an “uneasy” topic for most people, any deviation from traditional norms is seen as controversial and abhorrent. If the situation wasn’t’ confusing enough, the rise in so-called sexual liberation has confused the situation even more, as sexual perversions and distortions are brandished as personal preferences with no meaningful difference insofar as health and long term vitality.
In effect, sex is the biggest elephant in the living room of all time. And because of this, having a discussion about what sex is and how we might change our views on it to benefit society is very difficult.

These two factors and several others not listed here created a perfect storm to smear Reich. A moral panic was already booming, that quickly set its sights on Reich’s work. The Deep State fanned the flames of this moral panic, effectively sacrificing Reich on the altar of fallacious and false public opinion.
Despite the fact that Reich’s work was taken up by other researchers, such as James DeMayo, and used to effect great improvements in human health, many still contend Reich is a shill.
As a long time researcher of Reich, and one who works with a colleague who’s studied all Reich’s work for over ten years, I can attest to the fact that there is nothing in Reich’s writings or from his patient case histories that would ever imply he is a pedophile or promotes the insidious practice. What claims do exist in regard is a clear example of misunderstanding.
For example, Reich observed, through his Orgone Energy studies, that mothers and infants experience a form of orgasmic release, orgone energy transfer from mother to child, through breastfeeding. Many wrongly contended that this scientific observation on the part of Reich was his veiled attempt to promote pedophilia. Nothing could be further from the truth. Reich had many patients that suffered from conditions as a result of child abuse in their past and spoke out against abuse in all its forms.
Thus, as with any echo chamber, the false propaganda of the past can be presented in the present as valid, due to misguided researchers or open scam artists seeking to smear a person’s work. But if one takes the time to examine the claims and evidence themselves, the truth becomes plain to see.
That truth, I am presenting here and now for your consideration, is that Reich was one of many victims of state-sponsored smear campaigns, primarily because his research would deal a death blow to the Deep State’s mass mind influence agenda.
