WE are the “Enemies of the State” — Documented Evidence — And How to Change The Status Quo

(Stillness in the Storm Editor) Would it surprise you to discover that the U.S. government has declared citizens Enemies of the State? To those fully versed in law and legal policy, this is a well established, yet expertly hidden fact. This truth is one of the reasons why Geoengineering or Solar Radiation Management—along with a host of other dishonorable and nefarious programs—has been unleashed on to the people of Earth.

The following is a summary of the legal and lawful realities that prove modern society is a slave plantation in which citizens are considered enemies of the state. 

The source data for this writing comes from experience itself, legal documents such as Executive Orders, Papal Bulls, and a comprehension of the laws of Equity and Commerce that form the basis for every legal system on the planet. The only way to prove these truths to oneself is to contemplate the nature of the citizens relationship to government—the deepest truths are not written in books or walls that the unthinking masses can easily recognize. But if one does an analysis honestly and completely, they will easily be able to recognize that by our participation de facto government we not only condone but support tyranny and the enslavement of our fellows. 

These truths are unsettling and strike at the core of what it means to be a patriotic citizen. And like all empowering truths, before they can set you free, they might just piss you off. 

Free Range—or Volunteer—Slavery

The policy of treating the people or the citizenry as enemies of the state has been quietly instituted by the elite since the beginning of human history. Those who claimed the divine right to rule always subjected free people to their dictates, often with extreme prejudice. But in our present age, we’ve forgotten this fact, distracted by a myriad of technological splendors—modern day bread and circus. 

Enslaving a population using overt force is a costly venture, requiring enormous resources and incredible organization. The elite have been perfecting a system of occulted or hidden enslavement for millennia, making great strides in the Roman era, which was reborn during Renaissance and Age of Enlightenment.  

The powers that should not be decided hundreds of years ago to transition the planet into a free-range slavery system wherein the people participate in their own enslavement. The enslavement was done through propaganda techniques that manufactured consent, creating a class of hapless dupes and house slaves that love and revere their bound and oppressed status—although they would never see it that way.

Through the use of voting and compulsory democracies, governments have been imposed on the people of the world, and in most cases, the people never had the opportunity to participate in writing or agreeing to founding documents, letters patent, or articles of incorporation.

The United States is no exception. Since its beginnings, the Constitution of the United States was written and ratified by the elite who were in charge at the time—rich land owners known as the Founding Fathers. And while they arguably had a positive intention, the documents we point to as proof of our freedom in the US were never put to a vote by the people—making the organic constitutional government a de facto body. 

Within law, a de facto government is equal to an occupying or conquering force, that imposes itself onto the people without their explicit consent. They gain consent from the governed via acquiescence by claiming to have a right to rule. So long as the people do not dispute this claim, the government becomes the prime authority of the land, establishing itself over the people. By contrast, a de jure government is given power by the people via their explicit consent. While the difference seems small, it is hardly immaterial. It’s the difference between freedom and slavery. 

In a democracy, the divine right to rule comes in the form of elections and candidates, who wield incredible power over the people during their time in office. The people do not participate in the creation of legal policy, they only—at best—decide which ruler will be in power. Once a candidate enters office, they have almost no incentive to honor the wishes of the people, save to be reelected or avoid public scrutiny. A president, governor or prime minister, through the issuance of Executive Orders, can literally write laws into existence that the citizenry must agree to follow or suffer loss of liberty—this means that democracy (in its present form) is tyrannical oppression with a more palatable name. 

Did you agree to the legal policies of your government? Did you make a clear declaration of your consent to every single statute of government, both local and federal? Odds are you haven’t consented to any of them explicitly. At best, you may have voted for a candidate or checked yes or no on a particular policy question in your local district, but you didn’t personally contribute to the writing of policy—your voice wasn’t heard. What this means is that you are the subject of government, a lesser entity, which provides you two options: comply with decree or be oppressed as an enemy of the state.

Notice, Agreement, and Honorable Contracts

This may seem like an extreme view, but consider that dozens, if not hundreds, of so-called laws (legal policies) are enacted every year but are never properly revealed to the public. If you don’t know what the law is you’ll still be charged for breaking it. But an agreement can’t be honorable or binding if a party isn’t notified. Without notice, it’s an empty contract, void of any force in true law—and government policy is no different. 

The laws of equity, which are based on common sense, and consciousness itself, require notice because in order for an agreement to be binding, there must be a meeting of the minds. Consider this simple example. If you wanted a friend to come over your house for dinner—an agreement—they would have to be given notice. You would need to send them an invitation, call them on the phone, send a text message—something that allows their consciousness to be come aware of your offer. And once they were made aware, they would need to accept it. Clearly if you invited someone, and they didn’t agree to come, it would not be surprising if they didn’t show up. If we got angry because our friend never came over for dinner, even though they didn’t agree, common sense would tell us that we have no right to be angry. The same logic of notice applies to legal policies and governments—but this is a truth they hide at all costs, hence most people are unaware.

When a government presumes that everyone in is obligated—without notice—to accept legal policies, it presents a non-binding, unlawful, offer of contract to the people. And just like the example above, if we don’t know what the policy is, we can’t agree to it; we can’t honor it. Again this is common sense. It’s idiotic, foolish, and downright stupid to assume that someone will agree to do something they weren’t properly notified of—a child can see the logic in this. But the government doesn’t. It writes laws and expects them to be followed, even when the people aren’t given notice. 

This obviously presents a problem for governments because it is illogical and unrealistic to assume compliance to policy without notice. Governments act as if we have already agreed, when we clearly have not. As a result, a legal device was created to ensure the government had covered its bases. In order for legal policies to be enacted with the force of law on an unaware citizenry, a presumption of their status as enemies of the state is required. This makes sense because people naturally consider implied agreements to be an affront to common sense and the truth. 

If someone said you had a debt to pay that you never agreed almost everyone would reject that agreement as invalid. Thus, in order for the government to act in a de facto capacity, in order for it to write laws that are mandatory and compulsory—but are non-binding due to lack of notice—a legal presumption that all citizens are enemies of the state was required. This is a hidden presumption because it isn’t formally written in any document. However, it is implied within nearly every legal document on the planet, by way of contextual descriptors and definitions, as well as how it is applied in the world. In short, these legal realities are not written on the wall but they are plain to see once one has undergone the proper training and education. 

This legal status is where almost everyone on Earth finds themselves. Regardless of which country you’re living in, odds are you didn’t consent to be ruled over, which is another way of saying you are a subject of the state. It’s a form of volunteer slavery, consenting to be governed by deceptive means. In fact, the would-be masters of this world have devised elaborate and fantastically successful marketing campaigns—referred to as patriotism—to garner our participation in this deplorable enterprise. The people have not only allowed themselves to be subjected to despotic governments, we actually participate in them via our actions.

Without Freedom of Choice, There is no True Freedom

You might be thinking, “But wait!? I love my government, and it isn’t all bad.” 

And that may be true. You may love the candidate you voted for and think they are doing a great job. You may not agree with everything the government does, but you don’t consider it to be enslaving the people. But here’s the problem, governments, as they present exist, are a form of an adhesion contract, which means you either take it or leave it. And because it’s compulsory, it’s a form of enslavement. Just because we’ve been intimidated into consenting doesn’t make it a good government. Just because we receive a few benefits, doesn’t make it right to force them onto others—and this is exactly what every nation does by forcing itself onto the people.

The issue isn’t whether you like your government, the issue is, we do not have the right to force others to accept what we did. And therefore, by participating in de facto governments, we consent to and support the oppression of others. Freedom in its true sense means the right to choose, and as such, when a government becomes compulsory it becomes tyrannical, it enslaves the people by robbing them of their powers of choice.

Covert or Implied Consent

Registering to Vote and paying taxes are two of the most overt examples of gaining consent from the people—via their willing participation. When we register to vote, we subtly declare that we are not capable of managing our own lives and affairs and that we must elect a representative to do this for us. Which candidate or political party gets voted into power doesn’t matter, the de facto state always wins. Paying taxes provides funding to the state as well, creating another contractual relationship wherein we benefit from what the government provides. Both of these things ensure that we not only submit to tyranny and despotic rulership, we literally participate in the enslavement and oppression of others. I know that sounds crazy, but that’s exactly what the current system has been designed to do.

Consider that within a democratic system—one of the sacred cows of the modern era—a majority can overwhelm a minority. The inalienable rights of the individual have been reduced to government privileges that can be taken away at the stroke of a pen. And this is exactly what has happened via the Patriot Act and dozens of other edicts and policies that have been accepted via implied consent of the people. Tacit Procuration is the ability to garner consent or obligational compliance to an offer or policy because we do not make an explicit statement of rebuttal. 

When the government says, “you must follow our laws” and we comply accordingly, consent has been issued covertly—called acquiescence. But what’s worse is that through propaganda campaigns we’ve been deceived into believing the government works for us, when it’s actually the other way around. As a result, we don’t even bother trying to solve our problems personally, we delegate them to the government in an implied fashion. 

Think of it. Do you go out and try to solve the world’s problems? Do you work closely with your fellows to develop solutions that help feed the hungry, clean the environment, and ensure the rights and freedoms of others are protected? No, you probably don’t—that’s what the government or state is for—right?

Voting and Paying Taxes

When we vote in elections run by the government, just at a psychological level, we’ve participated, we’ve cast our lot—and therefore, we feel a sense of ownership. It’s not just some government, it’s our government. As a result, we may not agree with what it does, but we’ll feel compelled to defend the status quo subconsciously. We might complain that the government can’t manage a budget, that it ruins business and the economy, but we won’t dare to change it—save through the deception known as voting. And as even the most staunch statist will admit, voting doesn’t do much—if anything—to change the status quo.

Media propaganda has so perfectly hypnotized the people we believe that the only way to change the government is to vote. The popular saying “if you don’t vote you can’t complain” has been echoed throughout the decades, but the irony is, by voting, we become unwitting pawns in a game of global enslavement and domination. Voting may change one representative or another, but the overarching policies of the secret government will remain the same. And by voting, we’ll become complacent to the illegal, unlawful and tyrannical actions of our government.

How to Change the Status Quo

Let me leave you on a positive note by saying, when we open ourselves to the truth, we can now be empowered to change the status quo. It’s difficult to contemplate and accept legalities, in general, let alone ones that cause almost everything we’ve been taught about our beloved nations to be questioned. But the dream of truth, freedom, and prosperity, which all people everywhere can identify with, is still alive. And now that we know the greater truth we can take steps to unify as a people and restore justice to this world. In fact, it is the people who have always had all the power, something our would-be masters do everything to make us forget.

The bottom line is that without the people, no government can function. 

The sooner we stop participating in slavery under the guise of government and form our own de jure bodies, the freer we make the world for future generations. And at no other time in history have we had access to knowledge and the ability to communicate with people via the internet. 

Those of you who seek truth and freedom are the founders of a new age of prosperity when we will finally realize a truly enlightened form of government that respects the inalienable rights of all people, everywhere.

So don’t lose heart. Know that your passion for the truth will one day culminate in personal power and collective action that will completely transform the world in which we live. By learning these realities, you pave the way for a time when freedom and prosperity can finally overshadow oppression and tyranny. We can’t do it without you, so don’t waste your energy on supporting a government that doesn’t represent or work for you.
