(Kay Smythe) The former head of the United Kingdom’s Vaccine Taskforce, Dr. Clive Dix, has stated that the nation’s mass vaccination campaign should end, alongside the endless tracking of “case numbers”. Dr. Dix told Sky News that the original vaccines were designed to stop infection and transmission, which hasn’t happened.

The COVID-19 vaccines were also deployed to stop serious disease, but the wave of new variants has meant the vaccines do not stop infections. Dr. Dix explained that the new variants are “much, much milder” so it is “pointless giving more and more vaccine to people who are not going to get very ill.”
Instead, Dr. Dix – appointed chairman of the UK government’s Vaccine Taskforce last June – called for a more targeted approach in the deployment of vaccines, a position held by most anti-mandate proponents who have been dubbed “anti-vaxxers” by the corporate media.
Vaccine deployment should instead be focused on providing protection for the most vulnerable members of society, such as obese children, the long-standing pharmacologist explained:
“People should just go to work, go about their business. If they get ill, go home and stay home.” Dix continued, sharing similar sentiments to other doctors who note that the science behind the COVID-19 vaccine efficacy is limited at best.
Dr. Dix’s emphasis was placed on stopping the progression of COVID-19 to a severe disease in vulnerable groups. Stopping the progression of COVID-19 would mean that hospitals would have to undertake early interventions and care in outpatient settings.
However, the NHS and major domestic healthcare bodies in the US are still intent on dismissing unvaccinated healthcare workers, leading to potentially major staffing shortages in already overwhelmed medical systems. In October, it was reported that UK Health Secretary Sajid Javid was planning to fire upwards of 100,000 NHS staff who did not want to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.
The comments made by Dr. Clive Dix conclude that COVID-19 is part of a “new normality” for the human species. He said, “mass vaccinations of the population in the UK must stop.”
