() Upon taking office as Virginia’s 74th Governor on Saturday, Republican Glenn Youngkin ordered an investigation into Loudoun County’s disgraced public school system, where at least three girls were allegedly raped by a “gender-fluid” male who donned a skirt and took advantage of the district’s “trans-affirming” policies, accessing girls’ restrooms.

Youngkin called for the investigation into Loudoun County Public Schools as he signed a total of 11 executive actions on his first day in office, which included rolling back Ralph Northam’s mask and vaccine mandates, as well as a statewide ban on the use of critical race theory in public schools, another hot-button campaign issue with deep roots in Loudoun County. The investigation will be led by new Republican Attorney General Jason Miyares, who promised to conduct a thorough look into the disgraced school system before taking office.
“One of the reasons Virginians get so fed up with government is the lack of transparency – and that’s a big issue here,” Miyares said in a statement announcing the investigation. “Loudoun County Public Schools covered up a sexual assault on school grounds for political gain, leading to an additional assault of a young girl,” Miyares continued, not mentioning an alleged third sexual assault by the same gender-fluid male which was recently revealed in criminal court proceedings linked to the first two rapes.
Just a day before Youngkin and Miyares took office, Loudoun County Public Schools announced the conclusion of their own “investigation” into the rapes and subsequent school cover-up, though officials say they won’t publicly release their findings, leading to accusations of a further cover-up meant to shield district officials. While the district has announced the replacement of its Title IX Coordinator, Superintendent Scott Ziegler has remained at the helm of the school system, despite publicly denying the existence of the alleged gender-fluid bathroom rapist to parents.
According to Scott Smith, the father of one of the victims, his daughter was subject to a brutal physical attack from so-called allies of the LGBT community upon returning to school, in retaliation for filing charges against the rapist. A court date is pending for the assailants in that attack, who have been charged with malicious wounding, a felony.
Smith himself was even ordered arrested by officials within the Loudoun County school system after he arrived at Stone Bridge High School demanding answers related to his daughter’s sexual assault. All the while, the alleged actual rapist remained free, transferring to another Loudoun County high school wheremore assaults reportedly occurred.
As recently reported by National File, the alleged gender-fluid rapist of Loudoun County, who has turned 15 since the assaults took place, was convicted on forcible sodomy charges stemming from two of the three reported sexual assaults and will be forced to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Additionally, the convicted rapist will be held in a residential treatment program until the age of 18.
During sentencing proceedings, Judge Pamela Brooks, who oversaw the case in court, acknowledged the existence of a third victim of the Loudoun County schools gender-fluid rapist, who is mentioned in investigative documents but has not yet moved forward with pressing charges. In her remarks during sentencing, she stated that the young gender-fluid rapist made her “scared” for society.
