(Will Justice) The recent GSA letter apparently forces Biden to disclose his conflicts of interest, which if he fails to do, could be the basis of legal actions.

Earlier this week, Emily Murphy of the General Services Administration issued a letter that frantic mainstream media outlets latched onto as proof Trump conceded the election to Biden.

From NBC News:

After weeks of delay, the head of the General Services Administration informed President-elect Joe Biden on Monday that the official governmental transition process has been approved.

GSA Administrator Emily Murphy said in a letter that Biden, whom she referred to as “the apparent president-elect,” is now able to get access to millions of dollars in federal funds and other resources to begin his transition to power. In her letter, Murphy also denied that she had been under pressure from the White House to delay the process.

“I have dedicated much of my adult life to public service, and I have always strived to do what is right,” she said. “Please know that I came to my decision independently, based on the law and available facts. I was never directly or indirectly pressured by any Executive Branch official—including those who work at the White House or GSA—with regard to the substance or timing of my decision.”

Of course, this is not Trump conceding anything, as he explicitly stated.

One Twitter user, Jhomes55, offered up that this was a move designed to corner Biden.

The idea being, if Biden doesn’t reveal the sum total of his foreign entanglements, which he likely won’t, this would open him up to serious legal consequences. Keep in mind, the Dems attempted to impeach and remove Trump from office merely for having an above-board conversation with the Ukrainian President. Tony Bobulinski came forward weeks before election 2020, revealing damning claims and alleged evidence in support that Joe Biden and his son Hunter were involved in pay to play schemes and corruption.

With all that in mind, Biden is in a corner. He either admits his overseas connections, which are criminal in nature or he doesn’t, in which chase he’s effectively lied by tacitly asserting he has “clean hands.”

    It’s not just poor old Joe but also his henchmen & women who will have to come squeaky clean on their associations of their unscrupulous nature .
    Could be there will be some who may not want their past made known which could lead to them declining old Joe’s appointment into his abyss
