(Sophie Mann) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Tuesday that Russia will use only conventional weapons in Ukraine, in response to concerns and questions about whether Russia President Vladimir Putin will launch a nuclear strike in his invasion of the neighboring country.
