(Tim Brown) The person who ordered the tampering of evidence should not only be immediately fired, but charged with a crime and justice brought swiftly against their actions as it has been revealed that someone in Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s staff ordered the crime lab to disassemble and reassemble the pistol that Patricia McCloskey waved at trespassers in June because it was nothing more than a non-operable “prop.” Needless to say, they were busted.
