(100 Percent Fedup) Congressional Democrats have subpoenad dozens of Trump administration officials and requested thousands of records in a partisan witch hunt that was approved of along party lines. Their efforts to obtain records from the National Archives including White House correspondence, visitor logs, and telephone records were halted today in a Federal Appeals Court. It is “ordered that an administrative injunction be entered and appellees the National Archives and Records Administration and the Archivist be enjoined from releasing the records requested by the House Select Committee over which appellant asserts executive privilege, pending further order of this court,” The U.S Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia stated. The records were scheduled to be released on Friday.
