(B.N. Frank) American opposition to expensive, unreliable, privacy invasive, and overall unsafe utility “Smart” Meters (electric, gas, and water) has been ongoing for years. Despite all the problems associated with these meters, deployment has continued and most Americans already have them installed on their homes whether they are aware of this or not (see 1, 2, 3).
