by Justin Deschamps,
Memory is not stored only in the brain, according to Kate O’Connell, an energy practitioner, professionally trained Child and Family Therapist with a focus on new paradigm healing modalities. O’Connell asserts that each cell of the body and the DNA therein is an energetic record of not only our memories but the memories of our ancestors. These imprints, as she calls them, form the basis of our personal narrative or story, which is often not beneficial. But by going Beyond the Imprint, we can dissolve these bonds of limitation and in the process restore order and balance to our lives. What’s more, this work is supported by science and O’Connell states that what we do in this life can unburden future generations.
This self-work is arguably the most important thing we can do for ourselves and our children. It will help us gain freedom and prosperity in our own lives and extend that outwardly through leading an enlightened life.
