According to sources, both Powell and Lindell’s legal reps have appeared before the court ready to defend their clients against the lawsuit issued by Dominion.

The company alleges that fraudulent claims by both have cost them big, but last I heard both Powell and Lindell were simply making claims about the 2020 election.

Claims that many other people made, and claims that do have enough evidence to warrant making the claims.

I am not saying the evidence either one has put forward proves anything. What I am saying is that the evidence provided is enough for any reasonable person to want to investigate more.

We STILL have audits going on, and it looks like there are more on the way, so this story isn’t finished—not by a long shot.

How can these two be sued for bringing ‘baseless claims’ when the claims themselves are still being investigated in multiple states?

What is going on here is pure intimidation, no more, no less.

Here are the latest developments on the story:

The Epoch Times gave us a glimpse into the proceedings:

Powell, Lindell, and several top Dominion officials appeared in the federal court. Giuliani did not but was represented by his lawyer, Joseph Sibley.

Giuliani, Powell, and Lindell previously have filed motions asking a judge to toss Dominion’s suits against them, which the company has opposed.

“We are excited to see this process move forward to hold people accountable and defend Dominion’s good name,” said Dominion in a statement to The Epoch Times about Thursday’s hearing.

Powell’s attorney, Howard Kleinhendler, also asserted Thursday she is protected and didn’t act with malice because she used witness affidavits that were submitted in court. And lawyers for Powell and Lindell, meanwhile, argued that MyPillow and a fundraising website used by Powell shouldn’t be able to be sued in Washington.

Former Trump legal team member Sidney Powell and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell appeared in court in Washington, D.C., for a hearing in the billion-dollar defamation lawsuits brought by Dominion Voting Systems, the voting machine company at the center of numerous conspiracy theories related to the election.

The hearing comes as many Trump supporters across the country have reignited their push to challenge the results of the 2020 election — and as both parties continue to battle over voting reforms.

Dominion Voting Systems, based in Denver, has filed four defamation suits in the wake of the 2020 election against those it says helped pushed the false narrative that it had a hand in rigging the election.
