“Comedian” Seth Rogen took to Twitter Thursday in a public meltdown during which he pinpointed ‘white supremacy’ as the reason why his new Christmas show Santa Inc. has received such an abysmal reaction from audiences.
“We really pissed off tens of thousands of white supremacists with our new show #SantaInc which is now available on HBOMAX! (Please read the responses to this tweet for confirmation),” Rogen tweeted.

Rogen is referring to the adult animated show’s characterisation of Santa as the stereotypical ‘old white male’ that Hollywood liberals love to hate.
The plot of the series focuses on a young female elf who wants to become the new Santa, while Santa himself is portrayed as a ruthless, uncaring and vulgar head of a corporate operation.
In the trailer, one of the characters notes “The position of Santa has mostly been a white man’s game,” while another character adds “Let’s go over what we know. Santa and the board are all male and all whites. They play golf, drink smoke cigars. Say things like don’t ever marry your mistress.”
In another part of the trailer, the elf, voiced by Sarah Silverman says to Santa “more Americans believe in you than they do vaccines and the holocaust,” to which Santa replies “sounds great, I mean disheartening for America, but great for us.”
Practically every other word in the show is unnecessarily the word “fuck,” “fucking,” or “bitch,” where there probably should be actual jokes.
Yeah, you get the gist.
Here’s the trailer if you can get through three minutes:
Here’s a more based breakdown of Santa Inc.:
Rogan made the ‘white supremacy’ comments after the show received negative backlash and poor initial IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes scores, although it was likely just his intention to hit the hot angle of ‘white supremacy’ all along, it just happens to give him an out from poor reactions.

You took something that coulda been great, and made it god awful.. I hope you didn’t write the jokes because I’ve seen woman doing stand-up that made me laugh harder, and that’s bad…

I love how all critics can just be shoved aside by calling people Nazis. What a convienent shield for your creative decline.

Some pointed out that recent history has proven going woke equates to massive studio losses:
Santa Inc looks like the most painfully unfunny disaster since Ghostbusters 2016.

Perhaps that’s why comments have been disabled on the trailer’s YouTube page. Check the ratio (while you still can):

This is why #YouTube are removing dislikes, to protect big cooperations and Hollywood celebrities. pic.twitter.com/07wHKMjWvm

HBO disabled comments on #SantaInc with people noticed the horrific destructive force that the Elf has in its attempt to subvert the North Pole. Here are some of them. pic.twitter.com/wWxUz81kwo

Rogen’s latest flop can be added to a list of recent dire projects, including the 2019 Universal movie Good Boys, in which children recruited as Hollywood actors are portrayed playing with a gimp mask, dildos and anal beads, which one of the child actors complains, “smell like shit.”
Rogan’s character in the movie tells the child actors that their movie (within the movie) is so vulgar that the child actors themselves can’t even watch it.
Even lefty reviewers surmised that the movie, which Rogen also produced, was in bad taste.
Universal is putting out a film called "Good Boys" featuring 6th graders playing with sex toys, drugs, porn & worse. The poster brags it’s rated R because it features "crude sexual content, drugs & alcohol ALL involving TWEENS"
Who’s the audience for this?https://t.co/JpmBSKKpQh

Of course, what else are we to expect from a bonafide idiot? Or should that read a FUCKING bonafide fuck bitch idiot.
A lot of people come at me and talk shit on Twitter hoping I’ll engage with them publicly and give them attention, but instead I DM them and tell them to go fuck themselves privately. It’s a lot more fun.
