(Will Justice) Several rumors have surfaced that Biden is planning to concede to Trump before the 6th in exchange for a pardon. And that a national power grid emergency could take place as early as tomorrow.

The first rumor was circulated by Scott Lonergan, shared by Neon Revolt, author of Revolution Q.
To corroborate the rumor, on January 2nd, Yahoo News reported that “U.S. officials are reportedly privately worried Russia stole blueprints for U.S. blackout restoration.”
Some of the revelations include the fact that the hack appears to have been much broader in scope than originally thought and that the hackers “managed their intrusion from servers inside” the U.S. by “exploiting legal prohibitions on the National Security Agency.”

As was revealed in the film ShadowGate, Deep State (DS) actors within the intelligence community sometimes refer to black ops targeting US assets as “hacks” to maintain plausibility deniability. In this case, it’s possible DS actors within the US were responsible for the hacks, which we speculate were possibly working for the Biden cabal, and thusly, could have been responsible for the above stated “intrusion from servers inside” the U.S. by “exploiting legal prohibitions on the National Security Agency.”
Black Start is the process by which a power station or grid is restored without relying on external power.
The text from the image above suggests that some plans for a Black Start restoration in the USA were leaked in some capacity. This is likely referring to the emergency plans maintained by the US government and military, acting through FEMA, if a widescale power outage were to take place. Apparently, this is according to a “CIA hint.”
If such an outage did take place, this would trigger a national emergency, drawing upon the powers entrusted to FEMA.
The STORM Act, signed into law on the 1st of January 2021, just two days ago, gave extra powers to the agency to manage these kinds of situations.
Is this all just a coincidence?
The second rumor was shared by Vox Day.
Multiple rumors are swirling concerning the concession of the Biden-Harris team before January 6. One rumor suggests that the fake president-elect and fake vice-president-elect are angling for pardons in return for conceding. One rumor that appears to be solid is that the planned Biden inaugural parade has been canceled.

As I pointed out on November 22, this election crisis ends when Biden concedes. Because President Trump isn’t going to, doesn’t have to, and wouldn’t consider doing so for a second. And once Biden concedes, the Narrative will be shattered and President Trump can proceed with the clean-up process.
Will Biden really concede?
Keep in mind that Biden et al are essentially guilty of treason for declaring himself the President-Elect before the constitutional process was completed. And that the plan was, as it appears, for the Biden team to push his win onto the American people via the propaganda powers of the mainstream media. The media played a huge role in falsely declaring Biden the winner and consistently avoiding coverage of valid and provable voter fraud.
The fact that Trump refused to concede and the fake news about Biden’s win and the voter fraud seems to have only emboldened even more Americans to fight for the truth might be the death blow to the national confidence scam that the DS was hoping to avoid.
That is, the plan seems to be to force Americans to accept a bogus Biden win by refusing to hear any claims of valid voter fraud in the courts as well as labeling anyone who takes it seriously as a conspiracy theorist—a gaslighting agenda. But instead of this tactic working, it only made people more outspoken and caused more to question the official story.
A lie of this scale only works if the majority of people accept it and no one bothers to look below the surface.
At this point, all they have left might be an outright coup attempt involving an assault on the power grid or some other planned chaos before the January 6th date that Trump and his supporters have been waiting for.
If this is the plan, Trump signing of the STORM Act, which gave FEMA extra powers to deal with a national emergency, would make sense.
Also, keep in mind that as of this writing 11 Senators and 140 Representatives are planning to object to the electoral college votes in favor of Biden on the 6th of January. And recently, VP Pence welcomed objections to the electoral college votes for Biden.
It doesn’t look good for Biden and the DS actors (cheaters) that supported him.
