by Michael Wright,
Rhodiola rosea is a strong adaptogenic root that grows abundantly throughout Siberia and has been used in the East as a treatment for depression, fatigue, mental and physical stress, cardiovascular health and immune support for centuries.

Rhodiola rosea was made most famous by Soviet Union scientists back in the 1960’s and 70’s when they conducted experiments on their cosmonauts, soldiers and even Olympic athletes to see how it might impact their performance.
Results were so impressive for reducing physical and emotional stress, as well as improving work performance and endurance, that the results and studies themselves were classified as a government secret and all participants were sworn to secrecy.

In more recent times, other studies have continually proven the same effects for Rhodiola and a human clinical study has shown how Rhodiola was extremely effective in combating “Burnout Syndrome,” which is a newly classified syndrome from the World Health Organization.
Participants took 200 mg of Rhodiola rosea extract twice per day for 3 months and of the 68 who finished the study, vast improvements were self-reported in the areas of overall stress, worry, fatigue, irritability, joy and overload. Improvements in multiple areas of the participants sexual life were also reported.
Part of how Rhodiola works is that the plant compounds called rosavins help to reduce the release of stress hormones like cortisol.
Other studies have shown how Rhodiola improves high-level cognition, decision-making and information processing.

Stillness in the Storm Editor: Why did we post this?
The Deep State has weaponized healthcare in the sense that most people never learn the true methods of maintaining their health. The preceding information dispels this false reality that an individual cannot be healthy without the mainstream medical establishment. It offers information that the reader can use to make better choices, which are ultimately the primary contributors to an individual’s health estate. With health autonomy in hand, neuroticism decreases due to not fearing for the communication of diseases, resulting in the liberation of consciousness-energy that can be used to positively contribute to making the world a better place.
