Wow, what a deal, these major corporations must really care about my health…. Wait, what!? Then I turn on the radio and there is a commercial encouraging everyone to go get a FREE flu shot at the following locations…….Every year the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the pharmaceutical companies embark on an aggressive effort to convince Americans to get their flu shots. There is a push in supermarkets, drug stores, small natural markets and radio commercials everywhere. News outlets post articles about how doctors are urging everyone to get a flu shot because a “deadly flu strain” is going around. Flu shots are a huge business.

Every where I turn there is someone telling me that I need to inject myself or my children with a vaccine so we won’t get the flu. Which flu, by the way, because aren’t there 1000’s of strains of the flu? AND.. doesn’t it seem that when you hear of someone getting the flu shot, they end up with the flu anyway, and they justify it by saying if they hadn’t got the shot, it would have been much worse!
You also have to stop and wonder who is profiting from the flu shot industry? It’s a multi-billion dollar industry so someone is making a LOT of money – and on what? Keeping you healthy so you don’t get the flu?? NO, I’m sorry, but it’s quite the opposite my friends… Do you know what’s in a flu shot these days ? Let’s find out what is in the flu shot that is massed produced around our country.
What’s in the Flu Shot?
?While the ORIGINAL concept behind vaccination was a great one, the idea of arming our immune systems with tools to help us stay healthy is a phenomenal humanitarian idea, the sad unfortunate truth is that the modern vaccination industry is not so innocent at all. What scares me is the combination of ingredients in the flu shot and the affects it has on the body when many of the ingredients are toxic.
Vaccines are created in fertilized eggs
The vaccine does not just contain the flu virus, it also has other substances in it that can be highly toxic to the body. Do you know that most of the vaccines are created in fertilized chicken eggs? That means they contain egg protein. I doubt most people are aware of this and what if you suffer from an egg allergy that sounds like it could be dangerous.
Preservatives
Then the vaccine needs a preservative which usually comes in the form of thimerosal, that contains mercury, one of the most harmful substances on Earth for the human body. Thimerosal has been taken out of many vaccines but not the multi dose flu vaccine. Mercury toxicity can cause neurological problems, respiratory problems, cardiovascular diseases, depression, anxiety, ADD and many other serious health concerns.
Then there is formeldyhyede. Among other preservatives in the vaccines is formaldehyde, also a very toxic substance to humans. Formaldehyde is a substance in household products such as glue and paints. Does that sound good for the body?
Stabilizers
Also in flu vaccines are stabilizers which keep the potency of the vaccine. These are sucrose, sorbitol, and monosodium glutamate (MSG). Sucrose is sugar, like the stuff you put in your coffee, Sorbitol is an ingredient found in chewing gum and MSG is a flavor enhancer and an additive in many processed foods.
Antibiotics
There are also small amounts of antibiotics in flu vaccines that stop bacteria from growing. These are Neomycin, gentamicin, and other antibiotics.

If you don’t know what they are or if they are harmful, look them up, you will probably continued to be surprised that they are happily injecting these substances into millions of Americans.

- Fever
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Muscle Aches
- Swelling around shot area
Severe allergic reactions are uncommon but possible. When you inject foreign protein molecules directly into the bloodstream you can trigger an allergic reaction as proteins are normally broken down via the digestive system.
- Difficulty breathing
- Hoarseness or wheezing
- Swelling around the eyes or lips
- Hives
- Paleness
- Weakness
- A fast heartbeat or dizziness

I never get sick and this is why!
I have never been injected with a flu shot, neither has my husband or children. We believe our own immune systems have everything we need to keep us healthy, as long as we keep it balanced by giving it what it needs. My goal is to educate people so they can make the appropriate choice for their bodies. I also want to be clear that we all have different beliefs and I am not trying to persuade anyone to believe in what I do, I am simply spreading information that everyone has a right to know. If you have ever known anyone that has been negatively impacted by a vaccine then you realize the ingredients in vaccines can be very harmful even life threatening. For me the risk isn’t worth it especially since I know that if I eat a nutrition filled diet of organic fruits and vegetables, no processed foods with artificial flavorings or preservatives, low sugar, regular sauna use, exercise and include my immune boosting supplements I WILL NOT GET SICK!
