In essence, Secretary Clinton refused a government email account and instead utilized a home brew server housed in her residence. Hillary’s server shared the same physical box as the Clinton foundation. Meaning: Bill and other users at the Clinton foundation potentially had access to the content.

The security clearance and identity of the network administrator for this server has also been under scrutiny. The Associated Press tracked the server’s origin to a mystery man named Eric Holtham. This identity has no public records or internet footprint and in fact received payments for his services at a PO Box SHARED with the Clinton Foundation.
