(Amber Crawford) Over the weekend, protestors flocked to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s private home in Maryland to protest following the controversial leak of a draft opinion indicating the possibility of the court overturning Roe v. Wade.

Douglas Blair, an editor for The Daily Signal, was at the pro-choice protests, and described them to Fox News as being “one of the scariest things” he’s ever witnessed.
On Fox & Friends on Monday, Blair called the protests an “attempt at intimidation,” and criticized the Biden regime for not condemning the protesters who are showing up to these Justices’ homes.
Blair said,
“This is an attempt at intimidation. And I think it really says a lot, too, that the Biden administration is willing to absolutely let these justices out to dry. They’re not going to say, ‘It’s not acceptable for you to go to somebody’s house and yell and scream.’ That’s not how we do it in this country.”
When asked if he saw Kavanaugh, Blair responded that he did not, and expressed his hope that Kavanaugh was not home but instead, was “safe with his family somewhere else.”
“I did not see Justice Kavanaugh. My hope is that he wasn’t home. My hope is that he was safe with his family somewhere else because it was genuinely one of the scariest things I’ve ever witnessed. Watching these people yell and scream and try and change the vote of what is most possibly the most important vote in the history of this country: the right to live your life and to have a human being survive in the womb.”

On Saturday, Justice Clarence Thomas spoke out against the pro-abortion groups trying to use intimidation tactics to sway the vote in their favor.
“We are becoming addicted to wanting particular outcomes, not living with the outcomes we don’t like,” said Thomas. “We can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you just the outcomes you want. The events from earlier this week are a symptom of that.”
