They’ve been used for controlling society for many years but many assume this claim is nothing more than a crackpot fantasy, until now. The following article proves that these weapons are indeed real and are being used by the State for various purposes.

The excuse is that they’re to keep children away from playgrounds during off hours. If these weapons are used against our own children in these ways, what uses do you think are happening in secret?

Consider how wifi and cell phone technology uses the same frequency ranges as the human body. Is this an accident? Electrosmog has been proven to cause health problems. Is this intentional? Or is this one of the biggest cases of big tech negligence in human history?

City officials and police in Philadelphia have been using what they call an “acoustic deterrent” (but it is described by a local councilwoman as a “sonic weapon”) to keep the city’s children and young adults away from certain recreational areas at night.

This high-pitched frequency (17.5 to 18.5 kilohertz) can be heard by young people ages 13 to 25 years old and Philadelphia has been deploying this technology since 2014 which is now in 31 locations to “prevent loitering and vandalism.”

In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth looks into Philadelphia’s controversial use of sonic weapons on children and points out that this is in direct violation of the Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions of 1977 and therefore needs to be rejected and disabled right away!

Sound weapons are used in our modern world without many people noticing. Sound in general is a powerful force in that it has the ability to penetrate solid surfaces. Specific types of sound frequencies resonate with the human body, affecting us in ways we barely perceive. Various types of technologies have been advanced that use sound to affect human beings and nature. In some cases this is unintended but most are specifically created for mass control of life and society. The following information discusses sound effects, either weapons designed to harm people, crowd control devices or observed sonic effects from everyday technology. Some researchers have discovered patents for what are called psionic weapons, which have the ability to trigger biological and psychological processes in the psyche, such as sexual arousal, panic, hunger, thirst, hallucinations and more. These technologies are designed to motivate your behavior without you knowing it; as such, they can’t override your free will, merely interfere with your decision making process. By understanding that these influences exist in our world, you can guard against them by developing mental discipline, first recognizing that insidious groups and people can and do use these things to gain unfair advantages and secondly by recognizing that your emotions and bodily sensations can be hijacked. Thus, developing discernment and proper ethical overcontrol is essential so as to avoid being manipulated like a pawn.

    I do not share the author’s outrage. I live next door to a school and teenagers gather there late into the night shouting, swearing, drinking, and blasting their rap “music” into neighboring properties. The police chase them away and an hour later they’re back. All I can say is please provide the name of the sonic weapon supplier so I can ask for a quote.

    And no, I don’t live in an urban wasteland; this rot has permeated well into middle class suburbia. If tech can level the playing field, bring it!
