(Stillness in the Storm Editor) Apparently a list of targets was released by ISIS via the hacking group known as United Cyber Caliphate two days before the tragic Orlando shootings which took place over the weekend.
What is befuddling is that apparently the FBI was watching the shooter, Omar Mateen, well before the event. In addition, the media’s reaction and galvanizing from the public nature raise several questions as to who could have orchestrated these attacks.
Mateen, according to a witness that came forward, demonstrated anti-LBGT sentiments. The shooter also called 911 prior to the attacks, declaring his allegiance to the Islamic State.
The media and law enforcement are saying that Mateen acted as a lone wolf, most likely motivated to carry out the attacks due to his sympathy for the radical group ISIS an addition to his anti-gay views.
The fact that this event almost perfectly justifies the government’s War on Terror and is being promoted as a proof of concept for why draconian policies are needed, for me, makes the whole event suspicious.
I have no evidence to prove that Mateen was a Manchurian Candidate or under some kind of mind control like we saw with James Holmes and the Aurora shootings of 2012. But if the Orlando shooting was, in fact, a false flag—which given its connections to the US-led group ISIS, seems to be the case—then evidence of fabrication will most likely come to light as investigations proceed. By this I mean, if the powers that be cultivated anti-gay sentiments and played off Mateen’s sympathy for ISIS, in addition to turning a blind eye to his activities prior to the shooting, then this would establish culpability on the part of agencies within the government. Of course this is assuming that the facts being reported by the media at this time are valid. At the time of this writing, no death certificates have been released, no list of victims—no evidence whatsoever.
And it is this indirect manipulation of society to produce radicalized patsies which governments and clandestine forces employ to manufacture terror. This is not some wild conspiracy theory but has actually been revealed via mainstream media sources.
Point of fact: we already know that the FBI has a long history of nurturing anti-American sentiment, teaching radicals how to perform terrorist acts, only to arrest these individuals and later claim they stopped an event, as the New York Times reported in 2012,
THE United States has been narrowly saved from lethal terrorist plots in recent years — or so it has seemed. A would-be suicide bomber was intercepted on his way to the Capitol; a scheme to bomb synagogues and shoot Stinger missiles at military aircraft was developed by men in Newburgh, N.Y.; and a fanciful idea to fly explosive-laden model planes into the Pentagon and the Capitol was hatched in Massachusetts.
But all these dramas were facilitated by the F.B.I., whose undercover agents and informers posed as terrorists offering a dummy missile, fake C-4 explosives, a disarmed suicide vest and rudimentary training. Suspects naïvely played their parts until they were arrested. [bolding added] (Source)
The above-referenced admission that the FBI has essentially created terrorists is very important.
It demonstrates that, first, the government is actively involved in propaganda and the manipulation of public opinion, going as far as entrapping innocent people to achieve its goals. But secondly, that it would be very easy for these same agencies to let a patsy carry out an attack so as to prove to the people, albeit in a fallacious way, that the War on Terror is justified.
In short—and again I have no direct evidence to confirm this theory at this time—the Orlando shooting and Omar Mateen’s involvement could be one event that certain high-level figures in law enforcement actually let happen. If true, then this would be one tragedy in a long list of government sponsored false flag attacks.

Consider that the event has galvanized the LGBT community and its supporters, which has already demonstrated an incredible power to sway public opinion in recent years. This community is almost as untouchable as the jewish community, in the sense that any discenting points of view are quickly labeled as anti-gay, much like any discenting point of view in regard to the jewish community is labeled anti-semitic. Now that isn’t to say genuine prejudice doesn’t exist, but it shows that the media fans the flames of radicalization to service a precise agenda, namely, the issuance of more public policy in the name of defending human rights and protecting the people against hate crimes.
To be clear, defending all people and life from harm has always been the chief duty of law enforcement, although they have forgotten this. In recent years, hate-crime laws have added another layer of so-called protection, but usually in ways which seek to oppress others by suppressing free speech and create a climate that further entrenches intolerance amongst the people at large.
The gun control issue will undoubtedly be raised in light of the fact that Mateen had a gun license and the weapon used was legally procured. If this latter point holds true, then this event would provide further political capitol to push for gun control measures, and the already militarized police state.
Considering that this was the most devastating shooting in US history, I suspect that random searches, checkpoints, and widespread surveillance of the people to increase—all of which plays perfectly into the agenda of certain nefarious groups within the heights of power on Earth.
As one final point, and to clarify any confusion, false flag attacks are real events—although not always. In this case, it appears real people died, a real shooter was apparently used—although we are already hearing reports that more than one shooter could have been involved, and that the death toll could be greatly exaggerated
Discussing the very real possibility that this event was yet another false flag attack does not in the least disrespect the victims or their families. I would say that seeking the truth and sharing it is a far better way to honor the memory of those involved, then to let this event become another catalyst for manipulation of the people.

ISIS Unveiled US “Kill List” Last Week, Including 600 Florida Residents
by Tyler Durden
In the wake of the tragic event that took place at an Orlando nightclub early Sunday morning that left 50 dead and 53 wounded as of the time of this writing, it has been discovered that the shooter Omar Mateen was on a “watch list” over his association with “suspicious people.”
What will likely attract attention, and potentially lead to inquiries into why nothing was done in response, is that only a few days ago a pro-ISIS group released a hit list with the names of more than 8,000 people on it, mostly Americans. One report said that more than 600 people from Florida were on the list, and many of those targeted live in Palm Beach County and on the Treasure Coast.
Former FBI agent Stuart Kaplan said at the time that the concern is that the list will inspire “lone wolf” style attacks, and predicted that the release of the list “is going to create some hysteria.” It did not, instead it may have resulted in the worst mass shooting event in US history.

To be sure, this is not the first time the ISIS-linked group called the “United Cyber Caliphate” disclosed a comparable list of Americans it wanted dead: in late April we reported that ISIS had released a hit list of 3,600 New Yorkers it wanted killed. Perhaps since nothing ensued in the aftermath, the authorities ignored this latest threat, which in retrospect may have been a mistake.
KSNV Las Vegas had more details:
A pro-Isis group has released a hit list with the names of more than 8,000 peoplemostly Americans. More than 600-people live in Florida, and one security expert believes that many of those targeted live in Palm Beach County and on the Treasure Coast.
The “United Cyber Caliphate” that hacked U.S. Central Command, 54,000 Twitter accounts and threatened President Barack Obama is the same pro-Isis group that’s reportedly created a “kill list” with the names, addresses and emails of thousands of civilian Americans.
Reports of the list came to light online when Vocativ reported the list was shared via the encrypted app, Telegram, and called on supporters to kill. Former FBI agent-turned lawyer Stuart Kaplan says the threat is especially alarming, because the people on this list are civilians who don’t have the security necessary to protect themselves.
“It’s going to create some hysteria,” he said. Kaplan believes civilians from our community are on the list.
“I would suspect a head of a hospital or, perhaps, a local community leader. Those are the individuals that may appear on the list–or just a local banker or local school teacher–someone who, for some reason, was in the public eye.”
Kaplan is concerned the list will inspire “lone wolf” style attacks.
“If in fact a sympathizer gets ahold of this list and is readily able to identify you as being his neighbor and, then, decides (because they’re a sympathizer) to go out and do something horrific to you, there is no way to calculate the potential or to prevent that.”
The list has not yet been made public. We reached out to the FBI, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and Martin County Sheriff’s Office to see how credible they view the threat and what action they might be taking.
We are awaiting their response.According to the Martin County Sheriffs office, the FBI is aware of this and the agency will work closely with the Joint-Terrorism Task Force to keep citizens safe.
It remains to be determined if Omar Mateen had any direct links to ISIS, or if his “lone wolf” attack, largely as predicted, had another catalyst.
Orlando Shooting Suspect Identified As Omar Mateen, Registered Democrat Of Afghan Descent; Pledged Allegiance To ISIS
by Tyler Durden
. @FBI we do NOT have a second suspect that we are looking for.
Update: 15:34 ET: During a press briefing, an FBI official confirmed that Mateen called 911 and “stated his allegiance to Islamic State.” He added that the FBI first became aware of Mateen in 2013, when he made derogatory and inflammatory comments to his co-workers, alleging possible terrorist ties, an FBI official told journalists during the briefing. The FBI interviewed him twice in 2013 but was unable to verify the substance of his comments. Mateen was then once again questioned by the FBI in 2014 about his possible connections to a known US terrorist suicide bomber, the official said, adding that the questioning revealed that their contacts were minimal and Mateen had not been considered a threat.

6/13/2016 6:55pm – In a previous version of this article, references were made to the gunman potentially using a legally purchased firearm, and that the death toll was confirmed. But after further research it appears the gun was legally procured and the death toll could be exaggerated, therefore the article was altered accordingly. In addition, minor grammar errors were corrected.
