This is a good example of a letter to send to the IRS, letting them know that there has been a mistake (as mentioned on page 124 of Freedom from Government; How to Reclaim Your Power).
- Firstly, I believe that none of my receipts collected by barter of my labor and skill were derived from any governmental privileged activity. If your records indicate otherwise you are to provide me with a copy of them for my inspection.
- Secondly, my domicile is not on United States property nor does the United States hold an interest in this location well without the United States therefore my activities are without the United States and its authority.
- Thirdly, I am a free inhabitant and not a United States citizen therefore acts of the United States and its Congress are foreign to me.
- Fourthly, I do not understand what this matter has to do with me. If any of my words or actions led you to believe that I am, or have a claim to, JOHN H SMITH, please forgive me as this is not the case. I believe that JOHN H SMITH is property of the United States and that the United States continues to hold the title to it and I am merely the recipient of a gift certificate that bears that name. Perhaps this is where the confusion originates.
For your information, the physical location on the Ohio nation that abuts the imagined federal plane described in your communication is presently occupied by a living man exercising his usufruct rights under the law of I AM to claim his beneficial interest in that described portion of the creation and he is not willing to relinquish any of those rights as described in the Bible, book of Genesis 1:26-30, to wit:
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
As you may already know, the Bible, acknowledged by the United States Congress in proclamation 5018 as the word of God, clearly and repeatedly states that God owns the creation and everything in it. You don’t expect me to challenge the prior superior claim of my creator and make a false claim to the contrary do you? Further, if you insist that I must pay something, you are to send specific instructions as to how I can pay anything given that none of us on this planet owns anything here and you seem to seek the impossible. Isn’t the created owned by the creator?
For your use in locating the title holder to JOHN H SMITH, I have included with this response a copy of the gift certificate titled CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH and bearing the name listed in your instrument. I believe that the issuer information will prove useful to you in your search. Should you or your firm have instructions or guidelines detailing how to use the gift (birth) certificate without creating confusion I would be most appreciative if you would share that with me.
