Pelosi was joined by San Francisco Mayor London Breed and Rep. Mark DeSaulnier for a press event.

During the event, which was joined by pedestrian safety advocates to “highlight the historic bipartisan Infrastructure Investments and Jobs Law’s investments in safer Bay Area streets,” Pelosi was interrupted by a heckler chanting “Let’s Go, Brandon,” followed by several “USA” chants.

“I have confidence that Senator Manchin cares about our country and that at some point very soon we can take up the legislation. I am not deterred at all.” Towards the end of her short speech a heckler interrupted her with: “Let’s go Brandon. Woooooo! USA. USA.”

After promising that she would limit her Speakership to only 4 years, Rep. Nancy Pelosi will reportedly run for re-election.

“Speaker Nancy Pelosi will stay until at least after the midterm elections, extending her nearly 20-year run as the House’s top Democrat after she turns 82 and, perhaps, beyond,” CNN reported.

“She is planning to file and run for reelection in her San Francisco district next year — at least for now — in keeping with her pattern of deciding about staying in Congress after the elections when she likely will have won an 18th full term,” the report added.

“And sources familiar with Pelosi’s thinking say she isn’t ruling out the possibility of trying to stay in leadership after 2022, despite her original vow to leave as the top House Democrat. She’ll devote much of next year to raising money for Democrats as they try to hold their narrow majority, those sources tell CNN, adding to the nearly $1 billion her office calculates she has already raised for Democrats in her time as leader,” the report stated.

A new poll reveals that only 20 percent of Democratic Capitol Hill staffers believe that Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer should remain as leaders of the party after the 2022 midterm elections.

The poll found that a whopping 62 percent of Democratic staffers said Democratic leadership should change no matter the outcome of the midterms.

Three-quarters of senior Capitol Hill aides think Republicans are going to win back control of the House of Representatives in the 2022 midterm elections.

Punchbowl News surveyed several senior Capitol Hill aides and reported that a whopping 73 percent think Republicans will take the speaker’s gavel from Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi next November.

Republicans need a net gain of 5 seats to regain the House majority in the midterms next November.

Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chairman Sean Patrick, who serves as a congressman from New York, says Democrats would lose their House majority if the midterms were held today.

Democrats are facing serious headwinds going into next year.

Three-quarters of senior Capitol Hill aides think Republicans are going to win back control of the House of Representatives in the 2021 midterm elections.

And the once-in-a-decade redistricting process – pegged to the 2020 census – is expected to generally favor Republicans over Democrats.

Former Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy predicted that Biden’s radical agenda will cost Democrats to lose the House next November.
