(Will Justice) Tucker Carlson, and others, accused Powell of not producing evidence. But he’s wrong. Nor should she at this delicate time. She made the right choice.

What Tucker and so many fail to realize is that Powell can’t and shouldn’t be waving key evidence in front of reporters’ faces just because they demand it.
Before we get to that. Consider what Powell said yesterday on NewsMax with Howie Carr.

First, to clarify, Powell said that the server that was allegedly confiscated in Germany—where the Dominion voting machine tallies were apparently altered—she heard about “through the grapevine” but couldn’t confirm directly. And that “the gossip” as she points it, is that “the good guys got it.”
Powell has repeatedly said that she only claims things publically that she can prove. The fact she is clearly stating she can’t prove this lends to her credibility. And on this point, it is logically fallacious to conclude the absence of evidence is proof of non-existence.
In her first bombshell, Powell said that she has evidence Hillary Clinton used the same voter fraud tactic against Bernie Sanders in 2016, and he knew about it. But instead of coming forward, Sanders covered it up.
Carr asked Powell that during his time as a court reporter, he heard a lot of opposing council claim that this or that affidavit was hearsay, nonmaterial, and irrelevant to the case. Given this, he asked her, does she have any smoking guns?
Can she deliver enough evidence to unquestionably prove fraud, enough so, to overturn the result to give Trump the win?
She said has so much evidence she’s struggling to get through it all.
Keep in mind, as Jenna Ellis said during the Thursday press conference from this past week, most cases brought to court are based on evidence collected during a few minutes of time at a single place. Here, thousands of pieces of evidence, key witness testimony, across dozens of states across multiple locations are at play. This is a fact most doubters in the mainstream media overlook.
Carr asked will Powell be able to show votes changing. She said yes. “It’s beyond impressive and absolutely terrifying.”
Without having to wait for Powell, there’s already plenty of evidence to see with your own eyes.

When will the cases be filed, and where? Carr asked.
Powell said the cases are still being prepared, and there will be multiple suits filed simultaneously, at a federal level. This could happen as early as next week, possibly as late as Friday after Thanksgiving.
Carr askes how many votes were removed from Trump? Powell said that her “pure estimate at this time is roughly 7 million.” She went on to say that “we’re also getting some data that reflects some millions, not just a few hundred or thousands, but some millions of dead people voted.”
What’s the big deal? Well as Powell correctly points out “each instance of [dead people voting] is a federal crime.” She’s right.
Think about this. A dead person voting isn’t some accident. It’s a living person using a dead person’s name to cast a fraudulent ballot on their behalf, which proves fraud—knowing, and willful violation of the law. That’s no small thing.
It’s part of a case that can be made for a massive coordinated conspiracy—way more credible than “Russia Collusion” ever was. And that’s what she said. “We’re probably going to find a significant conspiracy to do that”—as in people “getting paid”—as she said—to vote on behalf of dead people.
About dead people voting, Powell later said “We’re still tracking down that data, to see if what we’ve been provided is real, but if it is correct, it’s several million.”
Imagine your dead mother or father’s name being used by criminals to elect a fraudulent candidate?
Powell said they have “pictures of the check stubs” of people being paid to ballot harvest.
“Every means and manner of fraud that you can possibly imagine, and many that you can never imagine,” she said.
Carr asked, how many fraudulent votes did Joe Biden accumulate? Powell responded “probably 10 million.”
Carr asked how many states did this fraud took place in. Powell responded by saying that she believes it was a nationwide algorithm but she “can’t say that for sure yet, because she hasn’t had the time to run the data nationwide.” Her statement here doesn’t mean that the data hasn’t been run locally, meaning she likely has definitive evidence an algorithm was indeed used.
Powell’s previously stated that the whistleblower who came forward earlier, worked with Chavez years ago. Is it possible they used an algorithm then?

How does this algorithm work?
Powell said “they could dial it, literally dial it” meaning focus the use of it “to every time there was a vote for Trump .. that it be weighted at .75” or not count as a whole vote.
What does this mean? It means that if 100 votes came in for Trump, the final tally would only show 75 after the algorithm did its work. Biden votes would be “weighted at 1.25,” as Powell said, meaning the same 100 votes would be tallied to show 125 votes. “It would be very difficult to know, as the votes come out, that anything like that had been done.”
Why? Because granular vote tabulation isn’t done at the media reporting level. Votes are totaled and then sent to reporting agencies who report on these totals, which makes it almost impossible to detect, as she said—unless a full and complete audit is done. This is why various state agencies are avoiding doing a recount at a granular level because the algorithmic fraud would be easy to identify.
Powell went on to say other voting systems used “similar software with the same DNA code in it as well.” Translation: massive, coordinated conspiracy to commit fraud.
Carr asked if the Democratic party was directly involved in the conspiracy.
“Given all the … of people that have been caught talking about this, the Democratic operation [party] had to have been involved,” Powell said. “We even have Joe Biden, with his dementia removed filter, saying that”—Carr finishes—”we have the largest voter fraud organization in political history.
Powell said that they can start proving what Biden let slip in his demented state.
“Where they had the real problem was Trump won so overwhelmingly, in all the states that had to cut off their machines, that they had to cut off their machines to go in and backfill additional votes and move things around even more to make sure that Biden won,” She said. “They used the mail-in ballots, stuff, to cover for that.”
“We’ve found places where the same ballot was entered multiple times, places where there were absolutely pristine ballots with only a computer made dot for Biden, and all of them were alike—they could just stick those in the machine and run them through repeatedly, and count hundreds of thousands of votes that way. There’s a drag and drop feature to take Trump votes and put them in the trash can or assign them to a third-party candidate, or move them from a third-party candidate to Biden,” she said.
“And they also have information that one of the high people in Dominion Voting Systems, went to Detroit to operate the system himself.” She said.
Carr asked, it usually takes years to put a federal case together, how is she going to get it done in time for December 14th, when the electoral college meets.
In what might be the most disturbing and damning claim, she said she’ll get it done, and “certainly enough to blow it absolutely all up and it should thoroughly embarrass the Department of Justice, National Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, and the FBI, that they have ignored all this for all this time. Either that or they were complicit in operating it and using it for their own operations. The CIA I’m sure had a hand in it.”
Where’s the Evidence?
All that might sound quite damning, and it is, but where’s the evidence to back it up?
Sally Zelikovsky, wrote a piece on American Thinker, that should make it clear why Powell and the legal team should not let key evidence be shared to early.
Powell’s reputation is hard fought and she has a legacy of taking on unsavory characters and achieving justice for her clients. That’s a true American heroine — not someone who is incompetent, let alone reckless. Hers is not the profile of someone who would bluff her way through something that goes to the heart of our democracy and is bound to be in the history books. Moreover, there are penalties for bringing frivolous suits under both federal and state laws. She would never throw her career away on a whim with no purpose.
Moreover, lawyers do not tip their hand to a preening press or public. Revealing evidence prematurely gives the opposition opportunity to tamper with it and undermine the president’s case. No one is owed that information just because they want it. In due course, the evidence will be presented before a court so cool your jets, boys.
As to the claims that this is all a bluff or a conspiracy, one must ask who gains what? Trump’s attorneys have everything to lose, including their licenses for a scam on the American public. Nor does the President have anything to gain. If all for the sake of nothing, he would certainly look the fool — even to his supporters. It would further fracture our trust in the system, destroy the GOP and our chances in the Georgia run-offs, the mid-terms, and 2024. Trump would leave office like a wrecking ball, proving that the left and #NeverTrumpers were right about him all along. No one who plays three-dimensional chess would walk headfirst into such a colossal blunder.
In closing, it’s not proper, or prudent for an attorney to bandy about evidence to the press on a case that is currently being put together for litigation. It doesn’t matter how many viewers Tucker Carlson or an army of mainstream media reports garner.
The process of the law is there for a reason. If affiants and witnesses’ names were revealed, they would be harassed and intimidated into recanting their testimony. More evidence could be destroyed, and might already be happening, according to attorney Lin Wood.

I highly doubt that Trump, who spoke of election fraud way back in 2016, didn’t see this coming, and prepared to catch the fraudsters in the act when they tried to pull it off in 2020.

What happens in the coming weeks will make the history books. We just don’t know, as of yet, if it means Trump will be guaranteed the second term he, by all accounts, won. But rumors abound that Trump will not only win but the House and Senate were also won for the GOP.
What we do know for certain is that people are sick of the fraud, and we have one of the most well-documented cases of a global coordinated conspiracy to commit fraud arguably in history.

This fact should not go unconsidered by people who love freedom everywhere.
