(Patty McMurray) Over 200 sworn affidavits from GOP poll challengers, a Detroit City worker, and a Dominion contract worker, related to voter fraud and voter irregularities have been filed. The forensic audit report on 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County that was released yesterday showed a 68.05% error rate, meaning 68.05% of ballots were sent for adjudication.

Michigan citizens have been wondering when, or even if, the MI Legislature would take action to address the incredible claims by GOP poll challengers who were either threatened by election workers or leftist agitators or witnessed voter fraud or irregularities related to the counting of absentee ballots. Many of the GOP poll challengers have testified in front of the MI House and/or Senate Oversight Committees.
Just The News – Concerned about possible election evidence being destroyed, members of a joint session of the Michigan Legislature’s House and Senate oversight committees on Tuesday voted to issue subpoenas to Detroit and the nearby suburb of Livonia demanding they surrender hard drives, emails, absentee voter counting board laptops, and other election-related materials.
One Senate Democrat reportedly joined his Republican colleagues in supporting the subpoenas.
A Nov. 28 order memo from the State Bureau of Elections had followed the same protocol as prior elections and ordered the deletion by November 30 of “E-Pollbook laptops and flash drives … unless a petition for a recount has been filed and the recount has not been completed, a post-election audit is planned but has not yet been completed, or the deletion of the data has been stayed by an order of the court or the Secretary of State.”
Here is a copy of the subpoena that was sent to Detroit City Clerk Janice Winfrey by Senate Oversight Committee Chair Ed McBroom (R) and House Oversight Committee Chair Matt Hall (R). The subpoena orders Winfrey to produce evidence for 48 requests by January 12, 2021—8 days before our next president is inaugurated.
In addition to all hard drives used on laptops in each precinct, the subpoena orders Winfrey to produce logs related to all poll watcher and poll challengers as well as all communication with City of Detroit poll workers.
The subpoena also demands that all hard drives and memory drives for adjudication machines that were used during the AVCB (Absentee Voter Count Board) process, a list of workers hired to be adjudicators at the TCF Center where absentee ballots were counted, and a record of the public accuracy test for all Dominion machines.
The Detroit City Clerk must also produce any video surveillance footage from the TCF Center, this could be critical, as poll challengers were prohibited from using their phones to videotape issues they encountered. Video footage from the room where hundreds of thousands of ballots were processed should corroborate many of the claims made on their affidavits. It will also help to understand when the late-night or early morning ballot dumps took place.
The Detroit City Clerk must provide a full list of the City of Detroit election workers and their political party affiliation. This is huge because applicants were forced to identify which political party they were affiliated with when they applied to be a Wayne County election worker. Many, if not most, of the Republican applicants, were denied the opportunity to work as a paid election worker. Winfrey is also asked to provide the MI Legislature with written instructions that were given to poll workers, especially related to COVID-related rules or policies. Many of the GOP poll challengers (including myself) were under constant attack for standing closer than 6 feet to the table where the ballots were being counted or duplicated.
The subpoena specifically asks for envelopes and absentee voter ballots that were processed at specific tables. The Detroit City Clerk is also required to list the names of all people who picked up and delivered absentee ballots from the City Clerk’s office, drop boxes or voting centers to the TCF Center, and when.
The Detroit City Clerk is being asked to give all names of Dominion employees at the TCF Center and a record of any communications they had with any employees or public election officials, as well as records of any computers connected to the internet.
Any and all documents and communications related to any funding provided by non-governmental persons or entities for purposes of administering the 2020 election is the final request. Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been accused of funneling hundreds of millions of dollars to affect the outcome of our elections. Most of the money given by Zuckerberg for “safe elections” was spent in Democrat strongholds in battleground states, like Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Atlanta, and Detroit, where voter integrity has been called into question.
Livonia City Clerk Susan Nash was sent a similar list of demands in the subpoena from the MI State Legislature.
