(100 Percent Fedup) The leftist media went into overdrive to try and discount Joe Rogan’s quick recovery from Covid. While Fox News warned that the CDC and FDA are warning against using ivermectin, some publications went full-blown fake news.
by Staff Writer, September 5th, 2021
The left-wing newspaper Rolling Stone ran an article claiming that the drug Ivermectin, an anti-parasitic dewormer drug which Joe Rogan claims cured him of Covid, was causing so many overdoses that gunshot victims in Oklahoma had to wait outside hospitals in the state for treatment.
Note the winter coats…THIS has to be the biggest fake news story of the year.

They quoted Dr. Jason McElyea as saying, “The ERs are so backed up that gunshot victims had hard times getting to facilities where they can get definitive care and be treated.” This, however, was completely fake news. Dr. McElyea had not worked there in two months.
Rolling Stone issued an update to the story with the hospital’s statement clarifying McElyea’s employment. “Although Dr. Jason McElyea is not an employee of NHS Sequoyah, he is affiliated with a medical staffing group that provides coverage for our emergency room,” the statement read. “Dr. McElyea has not worked at our Sallisaw location in over 2 months. NHS Sequoyah has not treated any patients due to complications related to taking ivermectin.” The statement continued, confirming that there were no issues at the hospital and no cause for alarm: “This includes not treating any patients for ivermectin overdose. All patients who have visited our emergency room have received medical attention as appropriate. Our hospital has not had to turn away any patients seeking emergency care.”

Rolling Stone wasn’t the only example of fake news. There are many examples of fake news stories about hospitals being overwhelmed with ivermectin patients:
Rolling Stone is far from the only media outlet to write up the story after Jason McElyea made his remarks to a local Oklahoma station.

Rogan announced last Saturday he tested positive with Covid and was “feeling weary.”
The next morning Rogan went and got tested for Covid, which came back positive. He says he immediately threw the kitchen sink at it, taking “monoclonal antibodies, Ivermectin, Z-Pac, Prednisone, everything.”
He also said he got a NAD drip and a vitamin drip, continuing the routine for 3-days in a row.
He recorded his message on day 4- saying, “Here we are on Wednesday, and I feel great. I only had one bad day. Sunday sucked. But Monday was better. Tuesday felt better than Monday. And today, I feel good.”
Whether or not it was the direct help of Ivermectin that got Joe Rogan back on his feet so fast can’t be discerned. But the left’s reaction to his quick recovery shows one thing: the left wants you sick, weak, and begging for their high-cost-drugs when cheaper, safer alternatives may be readily available.
