(Stillness in the Storm Editor) The following article claims that the March For Our Lives event had a permit in place months before the event that ostensibly gave rise to it, the Parkland Florida shooting took place, where 17 students were killed. The claim is supported by screenshots of an email that apparently was sent by Officer Scott C. Earhardt of the Homeland Security Bureau of the Metropolitan Police Department. If the permit was indeed applied for before the shooting, then this suggests that the Parkland shooting might have been facilitated in some way. As one might expect, this is a serious thing to consider, as it implies the event could have been a false flag of some kind.
Now to be clear, the term false flag doesn’t mean no one died or that the event was completely staged or concocted.
In many cases, false flag attacks involve real people and victims who died or where hurt. What the term refers to is that certain events are allowed to occur or are encouraged to happen, in order to realize a preconceived agenda. In some instances, a case can be made for events being fabricated.
One of the most notable and easily provable false flag attacks was the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which has been admitted as such by the government. And of course, there is the infamous 9/11 event that has many indications of a being used as a pretext to change public policy via manipulating the minds of onlookers. In summation, false flags are targeting you, the watcher, the observer, the people in general, in many cases using real people as “stagehands” in a kind of “grand illusion” that results in a shift of public opinion, later capitalized on by the media and politicians to further an agenda.

What might be the agenda for the Parkland shooting event?
Regardless of whether or not it was staged in the sense the shooter was manipulated by some kind of mind-altering process (like what was developed by the CIA during MK Ultra) or the entire event was organic in that no manipulation took place, it is unquestionably being used as a pretext for pushing gun-control. This is despite the fact the shooter suffered from mental problems. And gun-control, or the removal of arms from the people so as to defend themselves from a tyrannical government, has been historically proven to be instrumental for furthering fascist regime change—although pro-gun-control proponents usually dispute this.
The reason why gun-control is considered a bad idea is that the intended purpose of the second amendment was to protect the citizens from the government by codifying the right to establish a well-organized militia capable of defending the people. It was never about people shooting guns for fun, hunting, or stopping controls for those who are unfit to bear arms.
Finally, consider that the Parkland Shooting has arguably the most impactful taking point out of any shooting event to cause many people to rally for gun control. It’s certainly galvanized young people.
As to the evidenced cited below, of an email sent by an officer of Homeland Security, I would say more confirmation is needed. Email screenshots can be fabricated. What would be more conclusive is if the actual permit application was provided, with time stamping or recording information that cited exactly when the permit was filed and later approved. This would establish the claim as credible, and draw serious questions as to the nature of the Parkland shooting event.
Update: A reader was kind enough to share this document, which debunks the claim of the below email—assuming that this pdf is valid of course.

All this being said, I want to encourage researchers and sharers of this kind of information to have integrity.
Don’t be tempted, as so many often are, to brandish unconfirmed claims as proven facts, attack victims on social media calling them “crisis actors” or come to wild sweeping conclusions before a compelling case can be made. If we really want to spread awareness about real, provable, false flag attacks, we need to do so carefully, performing our due diligence, and exercising compassion when speaking with others.
We do the truth movement a disservice when we fail to properly confirm claims. And we also do a disservice when we take proven claims and use them like sledgehammers on people. Psychologically, it’s not likely a proven claim will be accepted by someone if you share it with venom and hatred. And it’s also important to remember that if someone believes in an event as presented, then this does cause real emotional reactions that shouldn’t be dismissed. If someone made up a lie that your mother died, you believed it and grieved for weeks, then the truth would need to be revealed to you to you carefully, not waved in your face like some kind of punchline to a prank.
We need good researchers, doing honest investigations, and sharing their findings tactful if we want to give the unaware masses the best chance to accept the truth. And with that technique in hand, we can win over more minds to the truth, actually working together to make steps towards real change.

On March 24, 2018, one month and ten days after the February 14 shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, student-led pro-gun control “March For Our Lives” demonstrations took place across America, including in Washington, D.C.
The word “Our” in March For Our Lives refers to students.
From Wikipedia:
March For Our Lives was a student-led demonstration in support of tighter gun control that took place on March 24, 2018, in Washington, D.C., with over 800 sibling events throughout the United States and around the world. Student organizers from Never Again MSD planned the march in collaboration with the nonprofit organization Everytown for Gun Safety. The event followed the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, which was described by many media outlets as a possible tipping point for gun control legislation.
Never Again MSD (MSD refers to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School) is a group started on social media as a movement “For survivors of the Stoneman Douglas Shooting, by survivors of the Stoneman Douglas Shooting” using the hashtag #NeverAgain.
The MSD student survivors who formed Never Again MSD include the now-famous David Hogg, Emma Gonzalez, and Cameron Kasky.
Public demonstrations, especially those that are large-scale like March For Our Lives, require a permit from the police department of the city in which the demonstration will take place.
European political researcher Ole Dammegard contacted the Metropolitan D. C. Police Department concerning the permit for the March For Our Lives demonstration in Washington, D.C.
Dammegard received this email from Officer Scott C. Earhardt of the Homeland Security Bureau of the Metropolitan Police Department:
Good morning,
In reference to your inquiry concerning the March For Our Lives Demonstration, here in the District of Columbia on March 24, 2018. MPD received a permit application several months prior to the actual event, and there was several months of planning for this large event.

According to the PDF document, Metropolitan Police Department, Washington.D.C., Scott Earhardt indeed is a detective there. Here’s a screenshot I took from page 6 of the 65-page document:
Here are some facts:
- The shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas (MSD) High School occurred on February 14, 2018.
- A day after the shooting, on February 15, 2018, MSD students formed the group, Never Again MSD.
- On March 24, 2018, March For Our Lives demonstrations took place in Washington, D.C. (and other cities).
- Among the organizers of March For Our Lives is Never Again MSD, which had not existed before February 15.
- The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department received a permit application for March For Our Lives demonstration “several months prior to the actual event”.
Questions:
- How can Never Again MSD apply for a permit “several months” BEFORE the group had even been formed?
- How can an application be made for a permit for a “March For Our Lives” demonstration “several months” BEFORE the Parkland MSD school shooting that galvanized MSD students to form the Never Again MSD group that organized the demonstration?
