Kamala Harris has been a shadow to Biden more so than other VP’s. Is she there to watch over Joe?

Reports of Harris’ bossy behavior came out recently:

Kamala Harris fancies herself a deeply principled person. Meanwhile her staff, current and former, regards her as deeply intimidating.

In her DNC speech, Ms. Harris stated that every human being is “of infinite worth, deserving of compassion, dignity, and respect.”

Every human being, that is, except fetuses; Kamala doesn’t consider them human. Oh, and her staff too. She can’t possibly regard them as humans, worthy of dignity or respect, because according to them, she treats staff “like sh*t”.

One staff member “had a sense of paranoia that you never knew if she was going to snap at you.”
Others described being “so stressed out that they were making themselves sick.”

Fearful and disgruntled staffers are coming out of the woodwork, describing the hostile and toxic work environment they endure working for the volatile “Vice President”. Their claims are neither new nor isolated, with some of her former team describing a toxic environment in her offices dating back more than a decade. Her current employees are terrified she will eventually become president. They are not alone in their fears.

According to the Daily Mail,

Some of the former staffers recalled the now Vice President as ‘unpredictable and at times demeaning’, according to the report based on interviews with 12 ex-employees who worked for Harris while she was San Francisco’s district attorney between 2004 and 2011, California’s attorney general from 2011 to 2017 and most recently US senator.

Barbara O’Connor, a communications professor at California State University in Sacramento told Insider that at least 20 interns who had worked in Harris’ attorney general and Senate offices had come to her crying because they ‘felt they weren’t valued’ there.

O’Connor said she transferred around five interns out of the offices at the time.

A former aide to Harris claimed that when she was attorney general in California there was ‘a sense of paranoia in that office, that you never knew when she was going to snap at you’. Another said the workplace was ‘toxic’ and ‘reactionary’.

Several ex-staffers also claim Harris would call their office and hang up on them ‘all the time’ if they did not give her the information quick enough.
