(Carmine Sabia) Catholic Democrats have finally faced some possible consequences for their unmitigated support of allowing women to abort unborn babies and some of them are furious about it.

The Roman Catholic Bishops of the United States ignored a warning from the Vatican, and went ahead and supported guidance on the sacrament of the Eucharist that would deny Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and other pro-abortion Democrats the sacrament, The New York Times reported.
The decision, made public on Friday afternoon, is aimed at the nation’s second Catholic president, perhaps the most religiously observant commander in chief since Jimmy Carter, and exposes bitter divisions in American Catholicism. It capped three days of contentious debate at a virtual June meeting of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The measure was approved by a vote of 73 percent in favor and 24 percent opposed.
The Eucharist, or holy communion, is one of the most sacred rituals in Christianity, and bishops have grown worried in recent years about declining Mass attendance and misunderstanding of the importance of the sacrament to Catholic life.
The Times did not note the fact that Donald Trump is not a Catholic and the Catholic Church would not have any recourse to do anything to him if it disagreed with anything he did or said.
“That’s a private matter and I don’t think that’s going to happen,” he said.
On Thursday, the day before the Bishop’s votes were reported,. House Speaker and California Rep. Nancy Pelosi reaffirmed her support for Roe V Wade, the landmark decision that gave women the right to abort unborn babies.
“The Supreme Court this fall will review a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Is an unborn baby at 15 weeks a human being?” a reporter from CNS News said to the Speaker at her weekly press conference.

“Dear @USCCB : I’m Catholic and I support: -Contraception -A woman’s right to choose -Treatments for infertility -The right for people to get a divorce -The right of same sex marriage Next time I go to Church, I dare you to deny me Communion,” California Rep. Ted Lieu said on Twitter.

“Dear @USCCB: I’m Catholic and you are hypocrites. You did not tell Bill Barr, a Catholic, not to take communion when he expanded killing human beings with the death penalty. You are being nakedly partisan and you should be ashamed. Another reason you are losing membership,” he said.

He talks about membership like it is some kind of club. But what some Democrats, and Republicans and everyone, fail to comprehend so often is that God’s Word does not change. It is constant and for all time. It does not change because of a court decision or because the world changes.
It does not change because you think His rules are “unfair” or because you do not like them. We are all sinners and none of us can sit in judgment of anyone, but there is a difference between knowing you are a flawed sinner and asking the Church to rubber stamp your sins as “OK” because the world has changed.

I’m all for a woman’s right to choose. Choose to not get pregnant in the first place if that wasn’t clear. The man has a say in the matter too. Try and get pregnant without involving a man at some point… Do something about it before you have sex, not after you’re pregnant. It’s funny, all the people “for abortion” were born…
