(Mica Soellner) Fox News host Jeanine Pirro said she has a “strong feeling” Joe Biden’s name won’t appear on ballots in November.

“For some reason, I just have this feeling that Joe Biden isn’t going to be on the ticket,” Pirro said Wednesday on Fox News’s The Five. “I have a sense that something’s going to happen before the election, and he’s not even going to be on the ticket, so don’t even ask me if he’s going to make the four years.”
She made the comment right after Biden, 77, made his first public appearance with Sen. Kamala Harris since picking her as his running mate.
The Trump campaign has openly attacked Biden over his age and mental acuity, particularly when it comes to his memory about recent historical events or current affairs. The former vice president has made a series of blunders misidentifying certain people, events, and locations when speaking.
Critics of President Trump, who is 74, have also raised concerns about his mental fitness over the years.
In an op-ed published by CNN on Tuesday, former Obama adviser David Axelrod described Harris as someone whom people view “as among the most qualified to be president on Day One — a key positive, given Biden’s status as potentially the oldest politician to ever serve as president.”
Bret Baier, host of Fox’s Special Report, pushed back on Pirro’s initial comment, saying it’s basically set in stone that Biden will be the nominee.
“First of all, let me just say that I respect Judge Jeanine’s opinions and her fiery passion about things,” Baier said. “Last night was the last Democratic debate — Democratic primary in Connecticut where 60 delegates went to Joe Biden. So he is going to be the nominee. Next week, we’re going to see the official … You’re saying that he doesn’t make it all the way. The bumper stickers are already printed. It’s Biden-Harris, he’s going to be the nominee as of next week.”
Pirro backed up her comment, saying she meant she didn’t know what was occurring internally within the Democratic Party, not that she wished any harm to the candidate.
“Look, I wish him all good health, that’s not what I’m talking about, he’s got the numbers, but things are so crazy right now,” she said. “I don’t know what’s happening in the Democrat Party, and that’s all I’m saying. I hope he lives forever, that’s not my point. And I know he’s got the numbers.”
If elected with Biden, Harris, 55, will be the first woman, first black person, and first Asian American to serve as vice president.
