A ten page internal memo was circulated within the tech giant Google, written by James Damore, leaked to the public last week. Damore explains in his memo that in the effort to appear diverse and equal, the company engages in prejudicial policies that border on illegal. But more to the point, the memo speaks to a growing trend in the neo-equality movements sweeping the planet. Specifically that in the name of equality, policies that are openly prejudicial have become the norm. In the past, equality meant equal opportunity, the removal of prejudice that favors a sex, race, or religious viewpoint. But now, equality has taken on the new meaning of equality of outcome, that is a person is selected for their race, sex, or sexual orientation, above and beyond competence and skill level, so that a company or nation can appear diverse. In other words, prejudice is now openly used as a tool to fabricate diversity. Damore and several other employees have rightly called out Google for their hypocritical stance, which by extension, is also an indictment against the growing trend of fabricated diversity in universities, corporations, and social policies of nations, like Canada and the United States.
Dr. Jordan B Peterson, an advocate of equality of opportunity, and outspoken critic of the neo-form of equality of outcome interviews Damore and an anonymous Google employee in the below video.
Dr. Peterson asserts that due to the destruction of the humanities, and epistemological knowledge sets throughout society, for decades a slow erosion of equality of opportunity has been replaced with an image-centric version equality. Today, throngs of people focus on appearances of diversity and equality only, especially in urban populations targeted by social engineers, pushing outright prejudice and bias in the name of “social justice.”

Dr. Peterson rightly identifies the ideological foundation of this new form of social reform, called postmodernism. This ideology asserts that there is no objective truth, and as a result, dialog and free speech are not only irrelevant but inherently oppressive, social change is only accomplished by domination and that all of the problems of the world of oppression and inequality are due to a patriarchy of rich white men.
Given these tenets, it’s no wonder why Google’s stance on Damore’s memo was to silence his dissenting view points—an effort to quash free speech, despite the fact that the memo was largely factually based.
Over the past 60 years, a slow encroachment of this ideology has suffused itself within academia, which is now wreaking havoc, undermining the sacrifices made by true equality advocates, such as Dr. Martin Luther King.
Policy makers, corporate powers, universities, and the media are all in support of what Dr. Peterson accurately describes as a neo-marcsist cult, which has destroyed the lives and reputations of anyone who dares question the postmodernist ideology.
Evergreen University, is one glaring example of an institution that, on its face, promotes equality, while the substance of its policies is decidedly prejudicial and racist. White students are denied access to university sponsored discussions of equality, as one example.
For example, YouTube and Patreon have summarily closed the accounts of content producers who reveal the prejudice of the social justice movement. All the while allowing content that espouses child sex and pedophilia to run rampant.

Despite the sobering down turn in critical thought and the rise of neo-racism and prejudice, under the guise of “social justice,” the fact that Damore’s memo has been read en masse by Google employees, and has since gone viral in the mainstream, suggests that people aren’t buying into the postmodernist agenda.
Those who love truth over lies, and substance over image, have their work cut out for them. But as has been revealed countless times throughout history, hypocrisy and those stomped underfoot by nefarious forces are only emboldened more to be change agents. The underdog who fights for a righteous cause usually wins the favor of those who haven’t completely blinded themselves to the truth.

Google Employee Decries ‘Ideological Echo Chamber’ In Internal Memo
by David Krayden, August 6th, 2017
An anonymous Google employee reportedly wrote a critical memo about the tech giant’s diversity initiatives and “ideological echo chamber,” and the document was circulated throughout the company’s ranks.
The document, first reported by Motherboard and obtained by Gizmodo, is a 10-page critique of not only the diversity programs at the tech giant but the very need for those programs.
A male software specialist at the company sent out the memo — entitled, “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber” — internally to other employees who have viewed the document en-masse.
The author flatly denies that women make up a smaller percentage of high-tech workers because of some innate sexism in the industry; rather, he says basic psychological variances account for the gap.
“We need to stop assuming that gender gaps imply sexism,” he wrote, adding, “Discrimination to reach equal representation is unfair, divisive, and bad for business.”
The memo has garnered both popularity and notoriety as Google is embroiled in a U.S. labor department investigation that has charged the internet collosus with pay inequity for women performing similar jobs to men.
“Google’s political bias has equated the freedom from offense with psychological safety, but shaming into silence is the antithesis of psychological safety,” the author said.
“This silencing has created an ideological echo chamber where some ideas are too sacred to be honestly discussed.”
The writer acknowledged that while most of us “have good intentions,” “we all have biases which are invisible to us.” He contends that Google has “several biases” but debate about these biases is disallowed because the discussion is all about race and gender.
“Political orientation is actually a result of deep moral preferences and thus biases. Considering that the overwhelming majority of the social sciences, media, and Google lean left, we should critically examine these prejudices.”
Google Fires Engineer Who Wrote ‘Anti-Diversity’ Memo
by Ian Miles Cheong, August 7th, 2017
The formerly anonymous author who penned the “anti-diversity” memo at Google that leaked this weekend, James Damore, has been fired for speaking his mind.
Following the social media outrage with calls for his termination and the creation of industry blacklists, Google CEO Sundar Pichai released a company-wide notice stating that the senior engineer violated the company’s Code of Conduct. Damore has since confirmed his dismissal.
In the memo, Damore called the tech giant’s diversity initiatives as an “ideological echo chamber,” and advocated for diversity of ideas and meritocracy. He suggested that basic psychological variances can explain the lack of women in certain sectors of the industry.
Pichai’s memo, titled “Our words matter,” states that the contents of the email were “fair to debate, regardless of whether a vast majority of Googlers disagree with it,” according to Recode.
“However, portions of the memo violate our Code of Conduct and cross the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace,” continued Pichai. “Our job is to build great products for users that make a difference in their lives. To suggest a group of our colleagues have traits that make them less biologically suited to that work is offensive and not OK. It is contrary to our basic values and our Code of Conduct, which expects ‘each Googler to do their utmost to create a workplace culture that is free of harassment, intimidation, bias and unlawful discrimination.”
Damore’s email has become radioactive for Google, with many within the company also calling for repercussions. The Daily Caller viewed evidence of multiple internal emails showing conversations between various senior engineers demanding retribution for the memo’s contents and circulation.
Bloomberg reports that Damore was fired after internal discussion as multiple employees supported firing him for airing his views. The senior engineer confirmed his dismissal in an email to the publication.
Google is currently caught up in a dispute with the Department of Labor over a claim that it systemically discriminates against women through a gender gap.
