by Justin Deschamps,
Everyone wants to be healthy. We’re all working as best we can to manage our health despite living in a world filled with food that’s designed to be addictive and destructive. The situation is made even more confusing when the experts we rely on to tell us what is healthy disagree. I’ve been passionate about health for years—it was the thing that started my awakening journey in 2010. Like many, I encountered information that said soy was responsible for feminizing men. And for years I thought this was true but I hadn’t dived into the science to make sure. Recently, Adam Riva of Dauntless Dialogue revealed to me the science that confirmed the soy-boy claim is a myth. In short, I was wrong about soy.
Phytoestrogens
Phytoestrogens are naturally occurring compounds in food that mimic estrogen, the growth hormone found in humans and other mammals. Soy contains phytoestrogens, called Isoflavones.
If soy contains estrogen like compounds, it stands to reason that consuming soy would feminize your body, right? As you’ll discover, this isn’t the case.

Feminization
Let’s talk about feminization.
Feminization isn’t good.
Omitting discussions of transgenderism, both men and women have endogenous (in the body) methods of producing all the hormones they need to be healthy. At least, this should be the case if we were living in a world without environmental toxins.
The question is: What actually causes feminization?
Phthalates are endocrine disrupting chemicals that have the power to hijack the body’s hormone system. The highest concentration of food phthalates are found in dairy, meat, and eggs (Source).

Phthalates are also found in these products:
- Cosmetics and personal care products
- Plastic and vinyl toys
- Shower curtains
- Miniblinds and wallpaper
- Vinyl flooring
- Raincoats
- Food packaging and wraps
- Detergents
- Adhesives
- Plastic pipes
- Medical equipment and devices
- Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics

Phthalate exposure has been linked to all sorts of sexual development problems in boys exposed to the chemical in utero. Males exposed have lifelong fertility issues, reduced sexual organ formation, and are less driven to express normal male behavior, such as adventurousness.
The following video provides all the scientific evidence confirming that soy does not actually cause feminization. Moreover, it seems to play a role in tumor reduction.

The primary cause of feminization in men and women is endocrine disruptor exposure, such as phthalates.
Studies have done testing testosterone levels in men who were exposed to soy, showing that no feminization actually took place.

Beer vs. Soy
Soy does not cause feminization in men. Eating meat and exposing oneself to endocrine disruptors in the environment are the primary contributors to feminization.
Interestingly enough, drinking beer with hops is one of the strongest sources of feminization.
The phytoestrogen in hops, called 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN), is 1000 times more powerful than soy-based phytoestrogens (Source). They also bind to alpha receptors that are responsible for triggering cell growth in tissues affected. Conversely, the phytoestrogens in soy bind to beta receptors that are responsible for retarding the cell growth response.
In other words, soy-based estrogen has anti-growth effects whereas hops-based phytoestrogens tells tissue to grow. This is one reason why heavy beer drinking men develop so-called man-boobs, gynecomastia.
The Psyop
The research suggesting feminization is not caused by soy and comes from other factors has been around for a long time.
Why is it not more well known?
I suggest that there is a psychological warfare operation taking place.
The powers that be don’t want people to identify the true causes of endocrine disruption likely because this is a major cause of disease.
Treating disease is a large profit-making industry. But given the likely billions suffering at this point, money is just an exoteric excuse. The true justification is likely population control, amongst other insidious aims.
Lastly, social engineering is also a likely agenda.
People are much easier to control and manipulate if they’re worried about their health. If people recognized that a huge amount of human suffering was simply due to endocrine disruptors in the environment, we could address that and improve the quality of life of people everywhere. But in doing so, we’d also expose the insidious agenda of the Deep State, likely leading to a world-wide revolution, as it should.
Every human being has a right to life and wellbeing. And yet, we live in a world where corporations at the behest of the government, turn a blind eye to industrial malfeasance that leads to human suffering. This is a valid lawful grievance that we the people should not overlook.

Final Thoughts
The assault on human health rages, partially due to ignorance on the part of the industry. But there’s a more insidious agenda of population control.
The Deep State is keenly interested in making sure the human population is manageable and that people, in general, are easier to control. Reduced testosterone, in both men and women, has been associated with reduced cognition (Source). This suggests that people exposed to endocrine disrupters are less intelligent and more emotionally reactive, making them easier to manipulate.
To be sure, the quest for ideal emotional health doesn’t end with soy discussions.
As the above list revealed endocrine disruptors are everywhere in modern life.
If we truly want to solve this problem, we’ll need to unite as a people and force the powers that be and their corporate underlings to change the status quo.
If we ignore this problem, children will continue to be born with easily preventable maladies, such as intersex deformities. And suffering will proceed on.
But with knowledge comes power—if we are willing to act on it.

Stillness in the Storm Editor: Why did we post this?
The preceding article dispels the false notion that soy contributes to the feminization of men and women. The soy-boy myth likely emerged as a psyop to hide the true causes of feminization. With this knowledge in hand, one can begin to remove endocrine disrupters from their environment and make better health choices so as to maximize well being. Additionally, women and men would do well to educate themselves before attempting to have children, as both suffer fertility issues and any offspring will be adversely affected by environmental disruptors.
